Nice view from the rooftop
Pros:

Room was great, very well equipped, staff was very nice, the rooftop view is really exceptional, the pool is also nice. It was also great that you could simply walk to the Victoria mall, plus the Gorilla conservation coffee bar was also just opposite. It was also a short driving distance to the UN base.

Cons:

I wasnt really blown away by the food - despite the many positive, raving reviews. Maybe it elevated my expectations. The breakfast choice was catering for more to an indian than an international traveller. I also tasted the luwombo upstairs and was not very impressed. Again, not bad in a street vendor but I would expect more in a 4 star hotel.

Great stay with amazing views
Pros:

The hotel is well located. They provide airport shuttle for a fee. We received complementary foot massage which was a nice gesture. We stayed in a suit on the 5th floor overlooking the lake and the city, which was very nice. We also enjoyed the rooftop restaurant for dinner. They have a great variety of food on the menu.

Cons:

Everything was fine.
