πολύ όμορφη και δίπλα στο κέντρο αλλα ταυτόχρονα και απομονωμένη με ηρεμία

Cons:

η ώρα α΄φιξης στο check in ήταν αυστηρή μέτα τις 2 και δεν σε άφηνε να μπεις νωρίτερα, ο άνθρωπος που καθόταν στην reception καθόλου εξυπηρετικός.

Pros:

Чистый, красивый номер, все удобства для путешественников есть. Удобное и понятное заселение без лишней возни. Кафе и рестораны в пешей доступности.

Cons:

Понравилось всё, ну разве что подушка была очень большой, для меня неудобно.

Très joli mais comme une façade qui cache de nombreux désagréments
Pros:

La chambre avait un réel charme, design moderne et élégant, donnant une impression luxueuse, miroirs avec des lumières intégrées. Literie très confortable ! Je tiens particulièrement à remercier la dame qui s'occupait du nettoyage de ma chambre. J'ai eu l'occasion de la rencontrer et elle était vraiment agréable. Elle faisait mon lit soigneusement et m'apporter de nouvelles dosettes de café tous les jours, elle changeait mes serviettes de bains tous les jours également, vraiment c'était d'une propreté impeccable. Merci à elle.

Cons:

J'ai rencontré plusieurs problèmes techniques lors de mon séjour, déjà en arrivant la climatisation AC était cassée, j'ai appelé pour résoudre ce problème (sachant qu'il n'y a pas de réception au sein même de l'hotel donc personne) mais ils m'ont proposé de changer de chambre, ce que j'ai refusé car j'étais déjà bien installée, bon ça ce n'est pas grave.

Le gros point négatif a été que mon code d'accès pour rentrer dans l'hotel et dans ma chambre ne fonctionnait plus ! Je me suis retrouvée à la porte et par téléphone, la jeune fille était désagréable, ça se voyait qu'elle ne souhaitait pas se déplacer jusqu'à moi. J'ai dû attendre plus de vingt minutes pour qu'au final elle daigne venir, et elle avait l'air vraiment agacée de faire son travail : elle m'a dit "oui ça arrive souvent que les digicodes ne fonctionnent plus", ce qui à mon sens est très problématique !!

Dernier point négatif, ma douche s'est retrouvée bouchée sans que je ne m'en rende compte, ce qui avait inondé la salle de bain. J'ai dû éponger le sol avec des serviettes. J'ai eu affaire à un charmant jeune homme, propre sur lui, qui s'est excusé pour la gêne occasionné et lui faisant la liste des problèmes que j'avais rencontré lors de ce court séjour, il m'a proposé de me faire un geste commercial. Il m'a dit qu'il allait demander à son supérieur, mais je n'ai plus eu aucune nouvelle à ce sujet et je n'ai vu la couleur d'aucun geste commercial au final ! Ce qui est également assez déplorable.
