The hotel is clean and room was very nice. Personal very available remotely 24 hours. The cleaner coming every day Gym also available for quests
This hotel located not in quite place at all. The trams running few meters from room and making a lot of noise. Was very difficult to sleep well and relax.
Excellent room with very comfortable beds and modern bathroom facilities. With proximity to numerous restaurants and bars and only a 10-15 minute walk from the Jewish quarter Plaza Boutique served as a perfect little spot for myself and my brother to enjoy one of the best holidays of our life.
The radiators in the room did not work, and I would’ve liked better gym facilities. For example, an adjustable bench rather than one that is only flat, a wider variety of dumbbell and kettlebell weights, and a pull-up bar are necessary additions to the gym room.
The hotel is located in a very convenient location with many restaurants and near Wisla river. The check-in is humanless, but very straight-forward. I asked for our check-out to be extended by few hours and staff agreed to extend it, which was truly great.
The facilities and the room itself are truly beautiful. Lots of marble, beautiful lighting and modern interior. It was honestly a joy to spend a night there.
The check-out at 10am is a bit early. It would be much better to have it at 11am at least.
Rooms clean
There is no reception in the building and then once you arrive, you have to walk with your suitcases at least two blocks to get to the Xerion hotel for reception then after to walk back to your original booked hotel so if you have mobility issues this would be very difficult.. This is not mentioned in their advertisement. Also while they offer breakfast again, this is a walk to the same Xerion hotel so if it’s raining again, not very nice experience again this is not mentioned in the advertisement. The keypad at the front door sometimes didn’t work
It was an ok experience.
The boutique word here doesn't have any positive meaning. The shower in my room leaked all over the bathroom floor. Their reception is in another hotel and so is their breakfast (5 minute walk). They have a 24h remote reception but they're usually slow to reply. I understand it is boutique but at that point just make it an Air BnB and don't list it as a 4 star hotel...
For the same price I could book an actual hotel that is 3 stars and it would be a much better experience for my money 🤷♂️

The room was clean and comfortable. Every door is opened using a password (no card needed). Having iron in the room is an advantage
Die Lage des Hotel ist super und das Zimmer war sehr groß.
Leider gab es in dem Hotel keine besetzte Rezeption. Zuständig waren die Mitarbeiter eines einige Gehminuten entfernten Hotels der gleichen Kette. Zum Frühstück und zur Aufbewahrung der Koffer musste man ebenfalls in das andere Hotel laufen. Vielleicht habe ich einen diesbezüglich Hinweis bei der Buchung übersehen. Falls nicht, sollte dies in der Hotelbeschreibung unbedingt erwähnt werden.
