Pros:

Kamer ruim genoeg, een balkon om te roken en een prachtig zwembad. Ook het ontbijt mogen we niet vergeten, heel compleet.

Cons:

De airco kon het maar net bedoen dat had beter gekund

Wurde eventuell wieder dort übernachten
Pros:

Zentral an der Hauptstraße, Sehr nettes Personal, Badezimmer sieht wunderschön aus und ist sehr groß

Cons:

keine Balkonmöbel vorhanden, Klima ist relativ laut, Zimmertüren alt bzw. man hört wenn andere Gäste im Gang sind, SPA Bereich ist gut und schon gewisse Bereich jedoch Renovierungsbedürftig

Top Hotel an bester Lage
Pros:

Top Lage
Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Ich hatte zwei Massagen gebucht und beide waren hervorragend!
Kleiner aber sehr schöner Spa Bereich mit Sauna, Swimmingpool und Whirlpool. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön ausgestattet. Sehr bequemes Bett und Kissen. Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer nähe zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Es hat sehr viele Geschäfte rund um das Hotel. 5 min Gehweg zum Einkaufszentrum. Würde immer wieder zurückkommen, was ich auch tun werde. :-)

Cons:

Nichts zu aussetzen.

Pros:

Завтрак разнообразный, все вкусное. Похож на английский завтрак плюс есть сок, фрукты, йогурт, местная выпечка. Мы с дочкой были очень довольны!

Pros:

Завтрак супер, персонал очень дружелюбный, заселили раньше, смог отдохнуть после перелёта, отель очень понравился!

Cons:

СПА довольно простенькое, когда пришли туда, то джакузи не работало. В итоге сходили только один раз, больше не хотелось.

Pros:

I liked the hotel. All the reception staff were polite and friendly (unfortunately, I only remembered Ivan’s name). The room was clean, spacious, and cozy. There was a really nice set of toiletries and a minibar in the room — I especially appreciated the shower, which was really spacious. I was given a room with a balcony, which was also great. I also liked the location: yes, Zvezdara is a bit far from the center, but you can walk to the main street in 5 minutes and take a tram or bus to the city center. The only thing is, I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel and didn’t have time to visit the SPA area. But I went down to check out the pool for my next visit — it looks superb. I would happily stay here again.
