Pros:

I liked the hotel. All the reception staff were polite and friendly (unfortunately, I only remembered Ivan’s name). The room was clean, spacious, and cozy. There was a really nice set of toiletries and a minibar in the room — I especially appreciated the shower, which was really spacious. I was given a room with a balcony, which was also great. I also liked the location: yes, Zvezdara is a bit far from the center, but you can walk to the main street in 5 minutes and take a tram or bus to the city center. The only thing is, I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel and didn’t have time to visit the SPA area. But I went down to check out the pool for my next visit — it looks superb. I would happily stay here again.

Clean and comfortable rooms, nice spa and pool area, friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is modern and overall well maintained.

Cons:

The soundproofing is not as good as expected. The water in the spa could be warmer, and the same applies to the shower.

Enjoyable 7-day stay and swimming pool presented a nice balance during more demanding days.
Pros:

Staff is exceptionally kind. The hotel is new and clean. The swimming pool is great (free for guests and available 9-22) and I used it daily, though I was on a business trip. I enjoyed my stay and I warmly recommend the hotel.

Cons:

Poor tea offer for breakfast. However, if you ask the bartender for a specific tea, they will be happy to prepare it for you.

Veoma lepe, udobne, lepo osvetljene, s prelepim pogledom na Beograd! Sve na visokom nivou. Odnos cene i kvaliteta odlican!
Najvece pohvale odlaze osoblju- ljubaznost i osmeh - neprocenjivo! :) Sigurno cemo doci ponovo.
