Не отговаря на хотел и то 3 звезди. Базата за мен отговаря за цоциални дейности като програма към НОЙ..Аможе би Към НОЙ да е по добре.

Cons:

Стайте както и почистване то. Храната в ресторанта почти една и съща както качество то на продуктите с коя се прегонвят. Мога да кажа само бара с кафе ,чай сокове беше добре.

Милый и отзывчивый персонал, хорошее обслуживание, вкусная еда. На територии есть два бассейна и не далеко находится пляж. Нашей семье отдых очень понравился.

Ședere dezamăgitoare!!!!!! NU RECOMAND!

Camere ok recent renovate

Cons:

Camerele sunt recent renovate și arată bine. Din păcate, aici se cam termină lucrurile bune.
Curățenia este aproape zero. Pe durata șederii nu ni s-au schimbat prosoapele și nici nu s-a făcut curățenie corespunzătoare. Am lăsat prosoapele pe jos tocmai pentru a fi schimbate, conform practicii obișnuite, iar când ne-am întors le-am găsit exact în același loc. A trebuit să cobor personal la recepție și să cer să fie schimbate. Răspunsul doamnei de la recepție a fost: „Păi aveți prosoape”. După ce am insistat și am întrebat la cât timp se schimbă prosoapele, abia atunci au fost schimbate. Atitudinea de la recepție a fost, de asemenea, foarte neplăcută și enervantă.
Mâncarea este o altă mare dezamăgire. Era pur și simplu aruncată în tăvi, într-un mod atât de neatrăgător încât îți trecea pofta de mâncare numai când te uitai la ea. Foarte multă mâncare sărată și foarte puține opțiuni care să fie pe placul tuturor. La micul dejun, de exemplu, nu prea găseai variante dulci.
Piscina interioară nu este încălzită, iar sauna nu poate fi folosită de oaspeți. Practic, facilitățile SPA promovate nu sunt la nivelul la care te-ai aștepta.
Și plajele sunt destul de departe,20 min de mers pe jos găsești plaje frumoase,este un inconvenient dacă mergi acolo în principal pentru mare și dacă ești și cu copii! În ceea ce privește camera, deși este renovată și arată bine, draperiile sunt inutile dacă vrei să dormi dimineața.Per total, nu recomand acest hotel. Camerele renovate sunt un plus, dar nu pot compensa lipsa de curățenie, problema cu schimbarea prosoapelor, mâncarea prezentată neatrăgător, piscina rece, sauna indisponibilă și atitudinea personalului de la recepție!!!Pentru noi, raportul dintre ceea ce oferă hotelul și experiența reală a fost unul foarte slab!! NU RECOMAND!!!!!
