Hotel in zentraler Lage von Hondae
Pros:

Zentrale Lage; Geschäfte, Cafés und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. U-Bahn nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Wer die DMZ-Tour bucht, hat nur 200m Fußweg zu einem Abholpunkt.

Cons:

Zimmer ein bisschen klein, aber sauber.

Le manque de propreté, le petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur d'un 4 etoiles, les photos mensongères et la demande de la réception d'obtenir un commentaire positif sur google en échange d'un early check in gratuit ....

Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

The room and cleaning staff were great, friendly and polite. Check in staff were fine but not that friendly and didn’t always know the answers to my questions. They didn’t go out of their way for us and the room service wasn’t adequate. Only one restaurant in the hotel isn’t great. The facilities were good and room comfortable. I booked a room on the 11th floor but got the 7th due to the construction happening on the hotel. No tea or coffee service to the room.
You need more staff at reception.

Cons:

Staff at reception were not that friendly or helpful.

Läget var perfekt. Skönt att slappna av vid poolen efter en lång dag. Hyfsat bekväm säng.

Cons:

De byggnadsarbeten som pågick utanför störde en del. Detta är ju dock inte hotellets fel.
