Construction outside is loud and start early in the morning. Noise cancellation is minimal.
The light around the mirror is auto, always off while using the mirror
The best part is the hotel’s central location with everything nearby, from train station, cafes/ restaurants to the busy shopping streets of Hongdae. The hotel is clean and feels new. The laundry room is excellent.
While it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, the cost is definitely on the pricier side which I suppose is the expected market rate in Seoul. There are no bell staff who could help with luggage but hotel staff is generally friendly and hospitable.

Very good location
This is a decent four-star hotel with an international reputation. The lobby is wonderful. The location is a 2-minute subway ride away, surrounded by lively streets and shops. I prefer this area to Myeongdong. The hotel is definitely one of the best in the city in its category, as I've stayed at many in central Seoul.
The price in 2026. I think it was cheaper in 2025
Very comfortable, excellent location, great view.
Guests are only allowed to use the pool once per day without paying a fee, and the pool was closed between approximately 1:30-3:00pm each day.
