A hotel like a hotel should be
Pros:

Wonderful place at a toplocation. Staff was best ever, even personally explaining all home made breakfast options. Nothing was a problem, all good and helpful.

Per quanto riguarda la ristorazione, un “bravissimo” lo spendo per Antonio che in sala è stato veramente gentile disponibile e super professionale

Cons:

Piscina sporca sia il fondale che l’acqua.
Il personale di sala e di piscina non sempre cordiale nelle risposte, e siamo rimasti un bel po scontenti dei messaggi, non all’altezza di una spa

Bellissimo break di ferragosto lontano dal caos!
Pros:

Bellissimo hotel immerso nella natura! Struttura bellissima e personale fantastico. Fantastici i ragazzi della reception, Antonio, il maître e tutti i ragazzi. Fantastica piscina ed abbiamo visto il mini-zoo in allestimento e quasi terminato ma comunque una bella esperienza. Anche il ristorante molto buono.

Cons:

Se fossi nel CEO assumerei un pò più di personale, serve in piscina, serve al ristorante ed al bar. Il personale al momento cerca con tutti gli sforzi possibili e riuscendo molto bene, ad adempiere a troppe mansioni. Ma comunque é un suggerimento, l'investimento ritorna perché il tutto merita molto!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel wellness usufruendo di tutti i servizi, ed è stata un'esperienza semplicemente fantastica dall'inizio alla fine.
​Il punto forte è senza dubbio l'area SPA insieme al servizio massaggi: un'oasi di pace curata nei minimi dettagli, con operatori altamente qualificati che ci hanno fatto rigenerare completamente. Splendida anche la zona piscina, perfetta per staccare la spina in un'atmosfera rilassante e accogliente.
​Una menzione d'onore va al ristorante interno: piatti squisiti, ingredienti di qualità e un servizio impeccabile che ha reso perfette anche le nostre cene. Tutto lo staff si è dimostrato gentile, attento e professionale.
​Esperienza super positiva sotto ogni punto di vista. Torneremo sicuramente!

Quiet stay in the hills
Pros:

Wonderful isolated location if you’re looking for something quiet and outside the beaten path.
Beautiful views of Calabrian hills.
Incredibly helpful and friendly staff.

Definibile un “vorrei ma non posso”
Pros:

Struttura molto bella situata in posto tranquillo e accogliente. Personale gentilissimo e sempre cordiale. Camera ampia e bel terrazzo. Nota davvero di merito al ristorante.

Cons:

Purtroppo ho trovato il livello di pulizia davvero basso. Nel cassetto dove era posizionato il phone c erano capelli di altre persone. Ovunque polvere e sui bicchieri messi a disposizione in camera “ditate” di altri. Non so dire la doccia perché poco illuminata. L’apertura della piscina alle 10 davvero tardi

Pros:

Ci trovavamo di passaggio in discesa per la Sicilia ed abbiamo soggiornato purtroppo solo una notte, ripromettendoci comunque di ritornare al rientro. Tutto Ottimo, servizi impeccabili e personale gentile.
Viaggio spesso per lavoro e laddove disponibili prenoto sempre strutture ricettive UNA hotels che sono assoluto sinonimo di qualità.
