Comfortable stay
Pros:

Great service, daily cleaning etc. The room was nice and clean and comfortable. Big breakfast buffet with Burmese food. Friendly staff. Water dispenser in the entrance hall + daily free water bottle.

Cons:

The shared bathroom quickly got dirty and smelly again throughout the day. Toilet paper was always soaked.
The location is in a lively place which is great, but good to know for those that prefer a quieter stay.

Quiet environment and SERENE vibes
Pros:

I had such a relaxing stay at SERENE Stays. The environment is so quiet and peaceful, the bed is incredibly cozy, and the staff made me feel so welcome with their warm service. Waking up to a delicious breakfast was the perfect way to start the day. I’ll definitely be back!

Cons:

Nothing special. It’s quite great.

Excellent spot for the money, doing their best in a difficult context.
Pros:

The staff were accommodating, hard working and helpful. Out was convenient that there was a restaurant on top of the hotel.

Cons:

Some of the rooms were a bit moldy but the hotel staff moved us rooms and it was better. Depending on which side of the hotel you stay on, there can be quite a bit of street noise throughout the night (street dogs are loud)

Quiet environment, cozy room, warm service, perfect chill.
Pros:

A great place to stay! The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff made me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying. Highly recommended, and I will definitely come back again.

Pros:

Очень понравился персонал: помогал мне со всем: с картами, билетами, ответами на вопросы. Персонал прекрасный.
Считаю за такую стоимость - это отличный выбор цена / качество. Убирались каждый день, все чисто, сверху бар с открытой площадкой. Расположение - далековато от центра, но близко к одному из озер и автобусной остановке. Рекомендую место для проживания, если у вас ограниченный бюджет.
Рядом торговый центр - где прекрасный курс на обмен валют (лучший, что я нашла в янгоне) там же европейская еда и пекарни.

Clean Room and Friendly Staff, but Some Minor Issues
Pros:

I really liked the room and had a sound sleep during my stay. The facilities in the room were well provided, and everything was clean and comfortable. The staff were also generally nice.

Cons:

I don’t want to sound negative, but the total cost was higher than what was advertised on their social media. I was in a rush for my exam at the time, so I didn’t have a chance to ask about it.
I went for breakfast at around 8:20 a.m., but there was only a small amount of food left.

Super sauber, tolle Mitarbeiter Preis sehr gut
Pros:

Sehr sauberes Hotel in hervorragender Lage nicht so teuer die Gegend viele Einheimische. Preis super günstig das ist wie 4 Sterne Hitel. Gemeinsame Bad immer sauber, Bett bequem .Alles war wirklich gepflegt und ordentlich. Die Mitarbeiter waren äußerst zuvorkommend und haben sich große Mühe gegeben, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen.

Das Frühstück hat mir persönlich als Europäer nicht ganz zugesagt, obwohl es reichhaltig und qualitativ gut war. Es ist also keineswegs schlecht – nur etwas ungewohnt für meinen Geschmack. Besonders positiv fand ich, dass das Personal sofort reagiert hat: Nachdem ich mein Feedback gegeben hatte, haben sie mir extra ein individuelles Frühstück zubereitet und sich mehrfach entschuldigt.

Als besondere Geste haben sie am Ende sogar mein Taxi bezahlt, da ich bereits mein Geld woanders ausgegeben hatte (Trinkgeld) was mir fast schon unangenehm war, aber natürlich sehr großzügig ist.

Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist sogar besser als im Stadtzentrum – in der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen See, günstige Fisch Restaurants sowie mehrere Einkaufszentren, auch zum Geldwechseln.
Danke nochmals an die Mitarbeiter werde wieder kommen.
