The room was spacious, bright and clean. It was well appointed to prepare our own meals and snacks as we have diet restrictions. The shower had lots of hot water and great pressure.
We came in late and it was dark. It was difficult to have to use the flashlight on our phone, follow instructions on the phone and type in the code all at once. A light at the entry would have been helpful. Didn’t like the luggage storage was 500m away in a different property, especially when that property is in the opposite direction of the train station.
We like the location very much and room is spacious. Our room was quiet also.
Wish it had a lobby for hang out. The in-person receptionist was only available 10am-4PM.

The flat and rooms were much larger than expected!
The fact that the reception is not open 24 hours is not ideal for people who need to leave their luggage.
Gostei do atendimento de Vaclav. Gostei muito do silêncio, porque tive a sorte de ficar numa suite virada para as traseiras. Achei o quarto suficiente e confortável. E adorei a localização: fora da confusão com tudo à porta e a 15 mns de todos os lugares, a pé ou de eléctrico.
Não gostei das escadas entre pisos, o que obriga a carregar com as malas quando se sai do elevador. Verdadeiramente detestei duas coisas: não há vassoura, nem esfregona para limpar o chão durante sete dias (teria de contratar serviços que custam 15 €). E não entendo que com kitchnette não existisse sequer uma varinha mágica para fazer sopa, também não gostei que não houvesse mais sacos dos lixo.
Comfortable room with good facilities and location

The property was nice, and clean with the necessities you need. The hairdryer, towels, body wash were provided. It has a good location, close to the tram and metro, around 30mins walk to the tourist attractions. The staff was welcoming. At the reception we were given all the information about places to visit and how to get there.
We were provided with limited utensils and cooking equipment. Apartment has a microwave
, mini fridge and a stove. However, we were given only two plates and only two items of every cutlery (spoon, fork, knives). You can’t really cook food in there as there is not enough equipment. We were given one small pan (fits 2 eggs) and one pot. Perfect if you’re planning on cooking only breakfasts, not ideal for cooking lunches or dinners.
The double bed was just two twin bed pushed together, wasn’t really comfortable as it kept sliding to other sides, creating a gap in the middle.

Very easy to check-in, no time pressure or stress about parking, keys accesable without need of staff, location very close to the center and easily accessible public transport. Expectations fully fulfilled.
No washing machine inside the apartment.
