Понравилось практически все, удобное расположение и красивая территория отеля, пляж чистый и на первой линии. Работники отеля постоянно расчищали дорожку от песка к морю. Прекрасное море, мы были в конце июня и вода была прям комфортной температуры. Очень хочу отметить девушку на ресепшен Tanja, вежливая, улыбчивая и отзывчивая. Мы были с маленьким малышом и приехали раньше времени заселения, благодаря ней нас заселили буквально через полчаса. Вкусная и разнообразная еда, также есть детское питание. Достаточно вечерних развлечений, но мы не смогли посетить из-за малыша)) Приветливые и веселые работники бара, вкусный кофе и отличное мороженое. Да отель, не дешевый, но я бы советовала покупать премиум вариант, думаю с ним, еще более комфортнее.

Ne-a plăcut foarte mult sejurul la această proprietate. Am avut pachet Premium și am apreciat faptul că am avut totul inclus: mâncare, băuturi și acces la mai multe opțiuni, pe lângă mesele obișnuite de dimineață, prânz și seară. Am avut posibilitatea să mâncăm la restaurante excepționale, în special cel italian și cel mexican, unde mâncarea a fost foarte bună.

Un mare plus a fost personalul, care a fost foarte amabil și atent cu noi. Dorim să o menționăm în mod special pe Maria, managerul nostru din clădirea în care am fost cazați. A fost foarte de treabă, ne-a ajutat cu rezervările la restaurante și a intervenit prompt atunci când am avut o problemă cu mirosul neplăcut de la canalizare, ajutându-ne să se rezolve situația. De fiecare dată când treceam pe lângă ea, ne întâmpina cu zâmbetul pe buze și ne întreba dacă suntem bine, ceea ce ne-a făcut să ne simțim foarte bine primiți.

De asemenea, ne-a plăcut că resortul este aproape de mare și că are multe piscine, potrivite pentru relaxare.

Tesiste çalışanlar çok iyi, deniz ve havuzlar mükemmeldi. Herşeye ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Resepsiyondaki Sanela Hanım çok yardımcı oldu.

Hello, I wanted to write a comment about our experience at your resort. Since it was my first time at this resort, I want to compliment you on some of the positive aspects we encountered. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived at the resort to the end. The hospitality was very warm, which is what makes your resort great. We encountered a very hardworking and always smiling staff in customer service. The cleanliness is at the right level both in the resort and on the beach. The food is also of a good standard. Thanking the employee Maria and Sanela who was perfect in taking care of us, I wish you a great job and all the best.

Sjajan porodican odmor uz veliki izbor sadrzaja!
Pros:

Veliki izbor sadržaja, dogadjaja i hrane (voca, sladoleda) i pica tokom citavog dana. Veliki broj bazena, ogromno zelenilo i borove sume. Ukoliko imate decu, necete pogresiti dolaskom u Azul Beach. Posebno bih želeo da pohvalim konsijerza Maju iz bloka Cherry, koja je uvek bila na usluzi i potrudila se da nam olaksa svaki segment boravka. Takodje, sve pohvale za devojke iz igraonicu za malu decu. Rade neverovatan posao!

Cons:

U nekim situacijama ophodjenje pojedinih zaposlenih nisu bili u skladu sa nivoom hotela, uglavnom su to bili stranci. Takodje mi se nije svidelo sto se cesto desi da necega “trenutno nema” - slamcica, čaša, voca, cedjenih sokova. To su sitnice ali na ovakvom nivou resorta ne bi trebalo da se desi. Cesto se desi da se mnogo dugo ceka na neku hranu ili pice sto dovodi u pitanje pretrpanosti kapaciteta ili manjka osoblja. Ali sve su ovo sitne stvari koje ne uticu previse na kompletan dozivljaj boravka.

Sve je na najvišem nivou: od besprijekorne čistoće, odličnih sadržaja i vrhunskog kvaliteta usluge, do atmosfere koja čini da se osjećate potpuno opušteno.

Posebno bih željela da istaknem ljubaznost i profesionalnost osoblja: od gospođe na recepciji prilikom check-ina (nažalost, ne sjećam se njenog imena), preko predivne Maje, naše concierge, Vahita, Tanje sa recepcije, do prelijepe, uvijek nasmijane i ljubazne Pelne iz restorana, kojom su i moja djeca bila oduševljena. Svi su bili izuzetno predusretljivi, srdačni i uvijek spremni da pomognu.
