Ne moraš da misliš ni o čemu
Pros:

Usluga je bila na visokom nivou, počev od dočeka na parkingu i pratnje do sobe, pomoći sa prtljagom. Soba je bila jako komforna, čista, udobna. Ceo resort je uredan, održavan, brine se o najsitnijim detaljima. Hrana ne odlična i raznovrsna, baš za svačiji ukus. Moja beba od 14 meseci je imala pregršt zdravih obroka, počev od barenog povrća, preko pečenog ili kuvanog mesa, jaja, do voćnih užina. Zaista je mesto na koje dođeš i ne moraš da misliš ni o čemu, osim da se odmoriš i uživaš, sve je obezbeđeno.

Cons:

Možda i jedno što mi se nije dopalo je brzina sklanjanja tanjira nakon obroka u restoranu, jer dešavalo se da još uvek zvaćem poslednji zalogaj, izmakli su tanjir ispred mene, to stvara nepotrebnu tenziju.

Pros:

Bom hotel para famílias, excelente para quem tiver crianças . Gostei bastante do quarto, das comodidades, das piscinas e de ter uma praia privada muito boa, a comida também com variedade e qualidade. Gostei das boas vindas, do cuidado ao hóspede e da atenção da concierge Maria muito atenciosa e rápida a responder e resolver tudo o que que lhe foi solicitado., aliás este apoio da concierge facilita muito. O staff é atencioso e simpático. Têm um óptimo espaço .

Cons:

Um grupo de hóspedes homens nas espreguiçadeiras da praia com uma coluna de som altíssima e ninguém lhes chamou a atenção em relação ao ruído.
Estavamos em regime Premium all inclusive e achei que a equipa de housekeeping deixava muito a desejar (o wc e o quarto estavam limpos), mas as camas não eram feitas, puxavam apenas os edredons para cima todos tortos, a almofada tinha ainda a marca da minha cabeça, não repuseram as águas, levaram as toalhas sujas e também não as repuseram, no segundo dia não fizeram a cama ao meu filho, a minha tinha o edredon de qualquer maneira puxado para cima, continuávamos sem águas e com um roupão roto que por 2x deixei à vista para verem que estava rasgado de lado, por isso tive que manifestar o meu desagrado à concierge Maria que rapidamente resolveu a situação e as camas foram feitas correctamente, a água reposta, roupão pendurado sem estar roto…. Outra situação foi que no nosso regime podíamos escolher jantar nos 3 restaurantes do hotel, fomos à recepção perguntar como fazíamos para marcar e disseram-nos que não era possível que estavam cheios nos 3 dias, voltei a perguntar à concierge Maria que em 10 minutos agendou para comermos nos restaurantes nos 3 dias. Não percebi porque na recepção nos dão tão prontamente uma informação incorrecta. E houve um dia que ventou bastante à noite e tinham deixado as janelas dos corredores abertas e fazia um som horrível muito alto, pouco dormi com esse barulho, no dia seguinte também esteve muito vento mas já não fez esse barulho porque fecharam as janelas e realmente fez muita diferença .

We had a wonderful 4 day family stay at Azul Beach Resort in Ulcinj! We travelled with our two little kids, and the all-inclusive package made our stay comfortable and stress-free. The indoor pool was a big plus, especially with the autumn weather, giving us the perfect opportunity to enjoy some family time even when it wasn’t warm enough to be outside. The food, atmosphere, and overall experience made our stay truly enjoyable. We created some lovely memories together and would definitely recommend it to families with young children looking for a relaxing autumn escape!

Pros:

A great all inclusive for our family holiday with 3 kids (9,6 and 2). Choice of 3 or 4 pools plus the beach. Busy but not overly crowded as large site. Didn’t use the Kids Club properly but used the baby room a couple of times which was well equipped and also did kids football training - nice staff at both (and across the whole resort). We had a car so could also explore the area, Ulcinj was beautiful and very close by is a salt marsh with Flamingos!

Cons:

Our room was fine but a little tired (couple of bits broken in the bathroom and wardrobe door), we told our concierge and he arranged for it to be fixed quickly

Amazing resort, wonderful staff, various tasty food and super kid friendly!
Pros:

Azul beach was an impulsive last minute reservation for us. And it was a great choice! Upon arrival we were greeted by the front security and picked up and brought to the front desk/concierge. We were then driven to our room again once our room check in was completed. The staff is kind, readily available to help, and tries their best to accommodate your needs.
Our swim up pool room, had two bedrooms. It was spacious and included a fridge, TV and it was perfect for our family of four.
The food is quite delicious and offers so much variety. I loved the fact that I can get salads and fresh fruit on a daily basis. And by the pool areas, there were alternative food areas that offered other kinds of delicious food. There was always ice cream for the kids in close proximity to wherever you were (beach, pools etc). The pools are also well maintained and cleaned on a daily basis.
We had a day where my eldest got sick, our main concierge point person, Safet, went above and beyond to assist us in anyway possible which was so amazing and necessary when facing something like this while on vacation. He guided us, called a doctor for us, helped us locate pharmacies, and even offered to call them ahead of time to ensure the necessary medicine was available. Safet was always available and always asking if we needed anything during the whole entire stay. When my daughter was sick he even had the resort make some plain foods for her and delivered them to our door at no extra charge! When I booked one of Azul’s specialty restaurants, I had forgotten to order an anniversary cake, and Safet was able to organize this last minute for us so that I can do something sweet for me and my spouse’s anniversary.
The kids had a great time because the hotel also has kid activities and lots of accommodations for kids.
I have been to Ulcinj all of my life, but staying at this resort just felt so different. It felt like we were somewhere else entirely and not the simple Ulcinj I knew as a child.

Cons:

The resort is quite big, and if you have little kids, be mindful of where your room is located with respect to food, pool, and beach. Otherwise you will do a bit of walking.

Pros:

Beautiful territory and wonderful staff, with excellent Premium and concierge service from Maria, especially for restaurants and Bali bed bookings.

Cons:

However, the hotel itself does not feel 4 stars enough for its positioning.
The pools need renovation and the main restaurant feels more like a canteen, with some dirty tables and chairs. The kids’ room could be much better, especially as the TV is on almost all day. The coffee is mainly machine-made and quite low quality for a premium resort.

They always say its not always the place but the people(however this resort is TOP CLASS) we were welcomed and felt at home from the moment we walked in, a big thanks to Sanela and Maria for assisting us and anticipating our needs, they truly represent excellent customer service. The food from breakfast, lunch right through to dinner is fantastic. Thank you for an outstanding experience.

Pros:

Красивый вид, сама идея отеля хорошая. Довольно дружелюбный персонал, всегда на связи и готовы помочь в случае чего.
Еда, в целом не плохая, хорошие рестораны а ля карт.

Cons:

Очень грязно что в комнате, что на территории и пляже. Какая то проблема с мусорками - на пляже их почти нет. Процентов 90% курят и тушат/бросают бычки в песок прям сидя у воды или рядом с играющими детьми. Но, справедливости ради, мы гуляли по близлежащим пляжам и там было намного хуже !))
Ужасно неудобные матрасы и очень шумно в комнатах. Мы практически не спали (комната была со своим бассейном).
Румсервис каждый день стучался в дверь в 8 утра….ни слова на английском , как мы не пытались объяснить они так и не поняли что это рановато.
