My stay was disappointing overall. No one assisted with my luggage upon arrival, and when I requested help, I was asked to wait even though the lobby was not busy and there was no queue at check-in. I did not feel welcomed by the staff.

The room lacked basic amenities such as complimentary bottled water and dental kits, which I would expect from a hotel of this standard. In addition, the bed was not comfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The lobby was also quite small and felt crowded. Overall, the service and facilities did not meet my expectations.

Pros:

Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut. Aufgrund eines Unfalls meinerseits war für uns ein Late-check-out möglich. Alle waren sehr freundlich.
Nähe zum Flughafen ist super, man hat aber keinen Fluglärm gehabt.

Gutes, sauberes und funktionales Hotel in Flughafennähe
Pros:

Das Hotel ist in relativer Nähe zum Flughafen. Es war gut ausgestattet, sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut aber nichts besonderes.

Our stay at Garden Hill Hotel was excellent. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was spacious and spotless, the breakfast was delicious, and the location is perfect, especially for travelers using Zagreb Airport. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

Bella struttura, nuova di design e con parcheggio gratuito. Colazione nella media.
Pros:

La struttura è molto silenziosa nonostante la vicinanza all'aeroporto, di design e molto pulita. Ha il parcheggio gratuito ed è molto ben curata. Vicina al centro cittadino ed all'università, è una buon posto per un breve soggiorno.

Cons:

La colazione avrebbe potuto essere migliore. C'erano diverse pietanze dolci e salate, ma i primi 2 giorni abbiamo trovato qualcosa in più. Mancava lo yogurt bianco, c'era solo quello da bere in monoporzione. Mancava il bacon, mentre le uova erano buone. L'ultimo giorno mancava la crema al cacao spalmabile che avevamo usato i primi 2 giorni per farcire i croissant. Insomma, da migliorare. Ma sono già sulla buona strada.
