I liked it.
Pros:

I love this hotel. Everytime I travel to Moncton I like to book at this location. Best customer service, best hotel and best room noise cancellation.

Cons:

The wifi never works, with all the rooms I have booked each time I check in, the wifi does not work.

The tv never works as well. Couldn’t connect to YouTube, Netflix etc.

Nice spot.
Pros:

We enjoyed the room it was well-appointed. And very clean.

Cons:

The sofa bed couch was a nice addition however it was not the most comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom could have used a fan. And I may have missed this one booking but I was not aware there would be a $15 per day parking charge this was automatically added to my bill and I had to call to get clarification on this.

Like the concept of your rooms.
Pros:

The room layout and size is great, bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Somehow, our code for the lock box was not the right number. We had to call for support. Not the friendliest of conversations, made it feel like it was our fault, yet the number we had was wrong.
