Einfach nur schön, familiär und erholsam - gerne wieder!
Pros:

Wunderschönes altes Haus, sehr gepflegte Anlage, makellos sauber, sehr freundliches Personal - man hat wirklich den Eindruck, dass ausnahmslos alle gerne da arbeiten. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Abwechslungsreiche, sehr gut gekochte 5-Gang-Menüs am Abend für einen sehr fairen Preis. Bequeme Betten, grosse, ruhige Zimmer. Wunderschöner Indoorpool und schöne Wellnesslandschaft. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und freuen uns bereits auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Cons:

Das Einzige, was uns aufgefallen ist, sind einige Fehler auf der Abrechnung. Wir haben einige Getränke doppelt verrechnet bekommen (wohl Missverständnisse unter dem Personal, sodass doppelt getippt wurde) - wir haben das aber dann einfach als Trinkgeld gewertet und nichts unternommen, da der Aufenthalt sonst wirklich perfekt war :-)

un posto che consigliamo sicuramente per vivere qualche giorno di relax immersi nell’atmosfera della montagna!
Pros:

Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo! Hotel pulitissimo, staff gentilissimo e una colazione davvero super, ricca e deliziosa. Abbiamo adorato l’atmosfera della struttura, molto accogliente e con quel mood di montagna che cercavamo

È a circa 10 minuti di macchina dal centro di Brunico, ma la vista e la tranquillità valgono assolutamente la distanza. Comodissimo anche il parcheggio coperto incluso proprio accanto all’hotel.

Cons:

Unica piccola pecca la stanza, un po’ piccola, e il fatto che per utilizzare spa e piscina il giorno del check-out sia necessario pagare 30€ a persona (sarebbe stato utile saperlo già in fase di prenotazione, in modo da poter organizzare al meglio le nostre giornate).

Pros:

Pulizia eccezionale, non è un punto di vista, è oggettivo. Non sono davvero riuscita a trovare nulla di sporco né in camera né nelle aree comuni. Personale molto molto cordiale e disponibile. Titolari sempre presenti e anche loro molto cordiali e disponibili. Ho chiesto dal primo giorno tutta roba senza lattosio e si sono fatti in quattro per potermi accontentare. L’ho apprezzato moltissimo. Il menù della cena si trova sullo schermo all’ingresso ogni mattina.
All’arrivo abbiamo chiesto un upgrade perché la camera prenotata era troppo piccola e non ci eravamo resi conto in fase di prenotazione; ci è stata proposta una suite con relativa differenza da pagare e abbiamo subito accettato. Al momento del saldo ci hanno comunicato di averci gentilmente offerto l’upgrade. L’ho visto come un gesto di cortesia estremo, come un volerci far stare bene al di là dei costi. Lo consiglio e lo sceglierei ancora semmai dovessi tornare da quelle parti.

Cons:

Trovo che l’ingresso alla spa esclusivamente nudi sia un po’ limitante. Solo alle 18 dell’ultima sera abbiamo scoperto di poter entrare in costume nella piscina idromassaggio riscaldata che si trova nell’area spa per soli nudisti. Per me le condizioni di questo ottimo servizio sono da rivedere per renderle meno esclusive. L’acqua della piscina coperta era troppo fredda, dopo qualche minuto senti il bisogno di uscire. Le brioches e i krapfen della colazione non hanno una qualità adeguata al resto del buffet.

Absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit exzellenter Verpflegung und sehr freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Sehr gutes Hotel an einer ruhigen Wohnlage. Das Frühstück war absolute Spitze. Das Nachtessen im Hotelrestaurant verdient ein besonderes Lob, und würde Michelin-Sterne verdienen. Die Hotelangaben im Internet, wie auch die zahlreichen positiven Bewertungen von Gästen, stimmen zu 100%.

Mega fijn hotel om vanaf hier alles te bezoeken
Pros:

Mega lief en fijn personeel, fijn zwembad, fijne spa.
Op de woensdag was er een feest buiten met veel prosecco, live muzieke en heeeeerlijke hapjes van de grill. Dit was de kers op de taart en echt heeeerlijk.
Mega fijne kamer!

Cons:

Geen buitenzwembad, geen airco in de fitness. Was echt te warm daar.
Wat warm in de dinner zaal, ramen stonden open waardoor vervelende vliegen binnen kwamen.
Aparte dinnerzalen omdat het te druk was was niet al te gezellig. Geen muziek niks.

很可惜桑拿要求不能穿任何衣物，所以我先生抗拒我也没去了，有点浪费了这个价位的体验，好有第一天进去是墙壁上有只蜘蛛和蚊子，房间没空调，被子是厚实的，半夜热醒开门怕进蚊子，不开盖着被子又觉得有点热

Both the breakfast and dinner are superb with a large choice and attentive waiting staff. The manager, Martin, is extremely helpful while the location for mountaineering and sightseeing is excellent.
