It was our second visit and we hope we will be back!
Pros:

The hotel is in a quiet location and very close to the lake. The staff are very welcoming. We only speak/understand a little Italian but they were very helpful. Very clean room and facilities. The restaurant is superb, food fantastic. The weather was beautiful so we had breakfast on the terrace. It was excellent.

Cons:

We had booked to have dinner on the terrace but they had a party so we ate indoors. It didn't detract from the quality of food and service.
