Το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου ήταν πολύ ευγενικό. Πέρα από αυτό, δυστυχώς δεν υπήρξε κάτι άλλο που να μας άρεσε ιδιαίτερα.

Cons:

Κλείσαμε την καλύτερη σουίτα του ξενοδοχείου με ιδιωτική πισίνα, πληρώνοντας παραπάνω ακριβώς επειδή θέλαμε ησυχία και ιδιωτικότητα. Δυστυχώς, η ιδιωτικότητα ήταν το μεγαλύτερο πρόβλημα της διαμονής μας.
Αρχικά, λίγο αφού μας ενημέρωσαν ότι το δωμάτιο ήταν έτοιμο, άτομο του ξενοδοχείου μπήκε στον ιδιωτικό χώρο της πισίνας χωρίς προηγούμενη ενημέρωση για να φέρει ξαπλώστρες. Δεν δώσαμε συνέχεια.
Αργότερα κοιμόμασταν και ξυπνήσαμε από φωνές: μια ολόκληρη οικογένεια είχε μπει στον χώρο της ιδιωτικής μας πισίνας. Το θεωρήσαμε ανθρώπινο λάθος, το αναφέραμε στη ρεσεψιόν και πάλι δεν θελήσαμε να δημιουργήσουμε θέμα.
Υπήρχε επίσης πρόβλημα με το ζεστό νερό, το οποίο αναφέραμε στη ρεσεψιόν. Βελτιώθηκε κάπως και πάλι κάναμε υπομονή.
Το περιστατικό που μας έκανε τελικά να φύγουμε συνέβη τη δεύτερη ημέρα. Επιστρέψαμε από φαγητό και βρήκαμε έναν άγνωστο άνδρα μέσα στον ιδιωτικό χώρο της σουίτας, δίπλα στην πισίνα, χωρίς να μας έχει ενημερώσει κανείς ότι θα έμπαινε κάποιος. Όταν τον ρώτησα αν ήταν ο άνθρωπος που φροντίζει την πισίνα, μου απάντησε με ύφος ότι ήταν ο ιδιοκτήτης του ξενοδοχείου, χωρίς να μας δώσει κάποια εξήγηση ή συγγνώμη για την απροειδοποίητη είσοδο.
Εκεί αποφασίσαμε ότι είχαμε ανεχτεί αρκετά και μαζέψαμε τα πράγματά μας για να φύγουμε μία νύχτα νωρίτερα, παρότι την είχαμε ήδη πληρώσει. Κατά την αποχώρησή μας, η συμπεριφορά του ιδιοκτήτη έγινε ακόμη χειρότερη και, όταν διαμαρτυρήθηκα για την παρουσία του στον χώρο που είχαμε νοικιάσει, μου είπε ουσιαστικά «ποιος είσαι εσύ που θα με διώξεις από το δωμάτιό μου;».
Φυσικά το ξενοδοχείο ανήκει στον ιδιοκτήτη. Όταν όμως ένας πελάτης πληρώνει για ιδιωτική σουίτα με ιδιωτική πισίνα, περιμένει ο χώρος και η ιδιωτικότητά του να γίνονται σεβαστά.
Κάναμε υπομονή με κάθε προηγούμενο περιστατικό. Το τελευταίο, μαζί με τη συμπεριφορά που ακολούθησε, ήταν αρκετό ώστε να προτιμήσουμε να χάσουμε μία ήδη πληρωμένη νύχτα και να φύγουμε. Δεν θα επιστρέφαμε.

Вʼїзд в готель не прилаштований під авто. Я дуже серйозно пошкодив авто при заїзді. Про це не будо жодного попереджувального знаку, що крутий підйом, тощо. Я вважаю, що це не припустимо і я не повинен думати про заїзд у готель, про це повинні попереджати. Тому не радив би готель у жодному разі. Ніхто навіть не запропонував допомогу з цього приводу!
