Moins haut que la tour Eiffel.
Pros:

Amabilité du personnel. Services rendus sans même les demander. Propreté de la chambre. Bonne isolation phonique.

Cons:

Pas d!ascenseur. Quatre étages d'escaliers à grimper (nous avons 78 et 80 ans)..Rez-de-chaussée un peu "cheap". Pas de climatisation, juste un ventilateur.,

Bien placé mais...
Pros:

L'emplacement à deux pas du château est idéal pour visiter Caen et le personnel est très sympathique.

Cons:

La rue est très bruyante et il n'y a pas de double vitrage. La douche était engorgée et les remontées de canalisation empestaient l'atmosphère.
