Did not meet expectations based on past reviews and photos
Pros:

Location was good. It was at a quiet end of the beach but opposite a great new beach bar. The beach is being repaired at the moment so there is a lot of dredging going on. Pool looked nice although we didn't use it as we left after one night.

Cons:

Of the 7 properties we've stayed at, this was the only one that didn't offer a cold drink upon arrival. The staff were nice and helpful but did not want to address any of the issues we had when we were leaving early. I'm guessing we aren't the first to do it. We stayed in the junior suite and it did not meet our expectations. The view was it's only positive. It was clean (except the mouldy shower curtain) however it was so worn and damaged that it was hard to look and feel clean. There are no rollers on the sliding door to balcony so it was hard and noisy to open. I understand ocean front properties are exposed to harsh weather but the railing was so rusted, some of it had broken away.
My hope is, that by making these negative issues public, the property will start to address them. I found it surprising that the scores they've had from previous guests were so good that I can only assume others have preferred to say nothing rather than leave a bad review.

Pros:

Staff were lovely, the view from our room fantastic (Junior suit ocean view), and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

Needs a little bit of an up grade, sliding doors rattle when the wind blows + hard to open, verandah railing posts full of rust and need replacing, but apart from that great spot.

Lovely stay, spacious double rooms for myself and my kids.
Pros:

Very close to the beach and restaurants. It was a 15 taxi into the old town

Cons:

There wasn't a lift and we stayed on the top floor. Pool was a little small

Nice view and people and they gave me a free coffee!
Pros:

The location was right down the road from the beach entrance. Lots of local food options. Looks like a new bar being built on the street. Nice staff.

Cons:

There was constrution going on across the street. They are building a new restaurant. Some of the places that were on the map were not open.

Lovely room, staff not particularly helpful or welcoming
Pros:

My room was lovely: big and bright and facing the sea. No complaints at all

Cons:

I didn’t think the staff were particularly warm and welcoming and I had to carry my suitcase up four flights of stairs without help. I thought that was a bit rubbish

Honnêtement c'est bien placé, c'est plus du tout comme sur la photo devant (travaux et construction) pas loin de la old town en grab, au calme (en Avril), petit balcon, plutôt un bon rapport qualité-prix.
