We love the Quest. Always a pleasure to have a city tay here.
Pros:

Everything. It’s our home away from home. Close to shops, cafes, less traffic than the city and close to family. The staff are lovely and the rooms are perfect.

Cons:

Are you kidding?! There’s nothing to see here!

Pros:

I love the facilities inside the room and building , pretty clean.

Cons:

Please just make sure for a new customer like me , who came the first time and arrived late at night (with a later plane) could access to / pick up the room key easily, or can call staff if there’s a problem. Fortunately my son picked me up from the airport that night,sent me to hotel and had no problem at all to get to the room he booked for me. Thanks.
