Pros:

The hotel really suites our purpose. Just for sleep and shower. It's clean. The staff were very nice and welcomed us warmly. There's an open public parking right outside the hotel, which also facing the police station. We saw some policemen having their breaks at the cafe next to the hotel. So we feel very safe staying and parked our car there.

Pros:

The bed was comfy. It had basic facilities. If you need to replenish tea/coffee or water, you have to ask, as the rooms are only made up on request.

Cons:

I did feel the room was smaller than expected and much bigger than what you get in Singapore.

The bed sheet just a little bit black stain can be wash off and need to charge it my deposit for RM100 so I didn't get the refund, it's so disappointing. Just A little bit of black stain but come on ppl going out come back confirm got little bit dirty. The policy were awful just take the money like that.

Cozy hotel next to Johor Bahru Sentral.
Pros:

Perfect location direct by the CIQ, just one corner from 24h eateries. My window was faced towards Singapore. The staff was very friendly, all ladies were smiling everytime. Even the manager was also so friendly who is also discussing with guests.
