Cozy hotel next to Johor Bahru Sentral.
Pros:

Perfect location direct by the CIQ, just one corner from 24h eateries. My window was faced towards Singapore. The staff was very friendly, all ladies were smiling everytime. Even the manager was also so friendly who is also discussing with guests.

No frills. Good location for staying a night or two in a pinch.
Pros:

Managed to check it quickly even though it was awful late

Cons:

Toilet was abit of a squeeze but can't complain for a no frills room.

Pros:

Good location. Have police station beside the building. Easy to heritage streets and big mall and JB Sentral. No bad smell. All basic and necessary things were provided.

Cons:

Cleanliness to be improved. Dusty. Small. Suggest to do some touch up of the room n bathroom.

Pros:

Very small,. But have all necessary items except hair dryer. Difficult for long hair. Cleanliness can be improved. Still fine for short stay. No bad smell, pillow n bed are comfortable. Aircon, water pressure all in good condition.

Cons:

Cleanliness need to improve.
