Location and decent food

Cons:

Room was very stuffy. Yes it was a warm weekend but there was no way to get adequate ventilation.

Great property & lovely food in the pub downstairs
Pros:

Great location on edge of town & 5 minutes walk from Littlehampton train station.
Lovely, modern & clean have stayed a few times now & food downstairs is great.

Cons:

Hair dryer wasn’t hot, just blew out cool air

Pros:

Lovely location close to the river and beach. Staff are very friendly. So many seating inside and outside the pub. Room we stayed in was spacious, nice bathroom, great light throu window.

Cons:

Unfortunately couldn't open the window without the noisy train so just kept it closed.
