seul point positif la chambre mais les à côté ne sont pas au niveau

petit déjeuner moyennement fourni
fermeture des cuisines du restaurant pour le diner à 21h30 un samedi soir !!!!! même les restaurants en dehors de l'hôtel ne ferment pas leurs cuisines avant minimum 22h
La question du parking donne une mauvaise expérience client. Le parking du sous sol de l'hôtel affiche un prix peu avantageux 25€ par nuit. Il est tellement mal fait qu'il oblige les clients à y adhérer, c'est soit vous vous y garez soit vous allez galérer à chercher une place dans la ville à au moins 500 mètres de l'hôtel. (la rue piétonne oblige les clients à venir à pied si ils ne se garent dans le parking de l'hôtel)
Le SPA se veut privatif sur réservation mais le fonctionnement est hasardeux, on se retrouve à partager notre créneau avec tout le monde.

Ja hoor, bij gelegenheid kom ik nog terug :-)
Pros:

De vriendelijkheid en aangeboden service van de medewerkers staat bij mij op nummer 1.
De kamers zijn mooi en clean.

Cons:

Jammer dat er geen parking gereserveerd kan worden.
De parkeergarage van ' La grande place' is op twee minuten stappen wat 'ok' is.

Pros:

L'hotel è estremamente nuovo e pulito. Letto confortevole, con lenzuola di ottima qualità, così come gli asciugamani.

Cons:

Si trova in un'isola pedonale, il parcheggio ha un costo a parte, così come la spa. Viene bloccata una quota sulla carta (a me subito rimborsata) per coprire eventuali danni o consumazioni al bar, non mi era mai capitato prima, un po' spiacevole. Il bagno è davvero troppo piccolo, con il wc nascosto in un altro stanzino separato, non mi è sembrato funzionale.
