Excellent séjour
Pros:

La suite était très confortable et propre. L'emplacement est idéal. Et le petit déjeuner excellent.

Cons:

Petit bémol, un point d'eau dans les toilettes serait appréciable, cela s'avère utile dans de nombreuses situations.

Pros:

L'hôtel est idéalement situé, proche de restaurants et commerces. L'hôtel est est très joliment décoré ainsi que la chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Le personnel est très agréable malgré l'affluence du week-end, le restaurant et petit déjeuner très bon.

Cons:

On paie toujours trop, alors si j'avais une chose à dire, le prix un peu élevé.

Cons:

Suite à un oubli dans la chambre, très compliqué et très cher de me faire envoyé mon rasoir.
Accès TAXI compliqué (voirie en sous-sol). Mon chauffeur m'a déposé à 800m de l'hôtel.

Teleurstellende ervaring voor een vier sterren verblijf.
Pros:

Ruime kamer/appartement, prima bedden, rustige ligging. Ontbijt was prima.

Cons:

Zeer slechte communicatie. Twee keer via email een officiële klacht ingediend, maar geen enkele reactie. Badkamer niet goed schoongemaakt, schoonmaakster had balkondeur en raam vergeten te sluiten, waardoor het een enorme troep werd in de kamer en het raam kapot ging. We kregen voor twee personen maar één grote en één kleine handdoek, terwijl je twee grote en twee kleine handdoeken verwacht. Ondanks klachten bij de receptie nauwelijks verbetering. Soms twee, soms drie handdoeken voor twee personen.

La cuisine dans la suite totalement équipée , la douche + bain dans la salle de bain, plus qu’exceptionnel!
La suite en elle même est juste incroyable. Nous avons d’ailleurs repris une nuit supplémentaire avec mon homme car on est tombé sur le charme de cette suite 👌

Cons:

Juste le jus d’orange au déjeuner qui est très très clair et qui goûte l’eau. Mais c’est très très léger comme détail!
