Pros:

Het personeel is geweldig. Super behulpzaam en vriendelijk! De sfeer en het feesten zit er goed in. Ze hebben een van de beste locaties van casco viejo en hebben een prachtig uitzicht op hun rooftop.

Cons:

We hadden een budgetkamer maar daar verwacht je nog een beetje hygiëne. Jammer genoeg miste dit. Airco's die kapot gingen. Gedeelde badkamers die vuil waren of onder water stonden. Wij hoopten ook op een klein beetje nachtrust maar dat was ons niet gegund. Het feesten gaat door tot 3:00 en is door heel het gebouw te horen.

Good value for money for a short stay, especially if you want to socialise/party.

Great comunal areas and good location.

Private rooms were small and not extremely comfortable, but it was a cheaper place. Thin walls with a lot of noise into the night.

Opravdu je ubytování hlučné, ale dávají zdarma šputy do uší a po půlnoci se situace rychle zlepšuje

Pros:

Quisiera destacar especialmente la amabilidad y la excelente predisposición de Gabriel, uno de los chicos de recepción. Desde el primer momento nos atendió con una sonrisa, siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos y a resolver cualquier duda o necesidad que tuvimos. Su trato cercano y profesional hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más agradable. ¡Muchas gracias, Gabriel, por tu atención y dedicación!

La ubicación, las comodidades, el buen trato del personal

Cons:

El excesivo ruido, funciona un bar y un boliche en el mismo edificio. Si buscas dormir de noche , este no es el mejor lugar. Las paredes vibraban
Otra observación es que siendo un país donde el idioma es español.. en el grupo de wathsapp todo era en inglés.

Muy buena localización, linda vista de la bahía y el personal es muy amable. Precio-calidad de 10 puntos.

Localización, está muy cerca del casco viejo y la zona es segura.

Cons:

El baño y la cama. Las instalaciones son antiguas, por lo que el baño podría ser mejor. En una habitación doble debería tener dos mesas de noche y la cama era algo dura.

A localização é realmente excelente e o atendente Gabriel é muito eficiente e simpático. Ele realmente faz a diferença.

Cons:

As instalações do quarto individual são bem ruins. O banheiro não era ruim mas o local do banho esteve sempre sujo.

Pros:

Close to many places in Old Town. Has elevator. Some staff members are nice. Bed curtains and lamp.

Cons:

Mixed gender bathrooms; very uncomfortable, borderline unsafe, annoying, and dirty - shower door is only opaque and isn't fully enclosed, so anyone can see the outline of you in the shower and peek through the cracks/openings, people spray their hairspray, perfume, cologne, deodorant, etc. in the bathroom around the same time so it smells really strong with everything mixed for awhile. All toilets are busy at times, some will be covered in pee (as there are no urinals for men), and some will have used tampons near them.

Expensive for what you get. Loud at night. Beds are okay. Kitchen is sub par. Rooftop doesn't allow outside food and beverages. Other travelers had weird and clicky vibes here for some reason.
