Perfectly situated from the city centre, clean and spacious, friendly staff,
Pros:

We liked everything that the hotel offered. Clean room, comfortable bed, air conditioning. The staff were communicative and totally friendly. I was travelling with my bike, and the staff allowed me to hide it in their garage. Every morning fresh scrambled eggs exactly as requested. Yes, these three days we really enjoyed ourselves in Salzburg. And last but not least hotel is situated near bus station number 7. It is 7-10 minutes by bus from this station to the city centre.

Cons:

Some people wrote about noisy crossroads, if you close the door and use air conditioning at night you are safe. But I understand that for some sensitive people the crossroad could be a problem.

Pros:

Die Badewanne mit Wirlpool war großartig und das Frühstück war exzellent, bis auf das Brot und die Brötchen. Das Personal war Top und es war super sauber!!!!

Cons:

Es muss klar sein das es hier um Gemecker auf ganz hohem Niveau geht😬 aber die Möglichkeit im Zimmer Kaffee oder Tee zuzubereiten und ein besserer Bäcker für die Frühstücksbrötchen würde alles perfektionieren!

Comfortable, clean and service minded
Pros:

It was a lovely stay. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. We got free tickets to public transportation and the bus stop was just right outside the hotel and runs every 15 minutes both ways and takes you right to several stops in Altstadt. We will definitely choose this hotel next time we visit Salzburg. The breakfast was also awesome

Lovely clean small hotel on the edge of the old city
Pros:

On the fringe of the old town (3 stops on the bus) or tram from the edge the old town but safe part of the city near the university. Quiet, lovely terrace for breakfast with vines and greenery around you. Staff were lovely and helpful. I had a small room as on my own with only a small window but bed was comfortable and nice and clean. Breakfast was exceptional with lots of offerings for locals and Aussies like me.

Room was a bit small with small window but I had a single room - I assume rooms were much bigger for couples

Nice enough hotel, very comfortable bed, good windows and thick walls made for a quiet night, friendly & helpful staff, supplied a kettle and coffee cup for the room upon request.

Cons:

I prefer a door between my bedroom and my toilet/bathroom, I cannot see the logic or attraction of having a glass walled toilet without a door. There was plenty of space for one.
No coffee machine or kettle in the room. When the staff brought me a kettle and cup, they did not think of also supplying a spoon or napkin, let alone a sachet of coffee.
The small pond in front of the entrance to the hotel attracts midges.
All in all the hotel is ok but nothing special.
