Great spot for exploring Tiflis for good value for money
Pros:

Beautiful old house, the rooftop is just amazing. The host is super nice and helpful and she offers great breakfast choices! Our room was simple but nice and clean. And the location of this hotel in the old town js just perfect

Cons:

Few little things are missing for optimal comfort (e.g. the curtains are not really keeping the room dark) and real coffee for breakfast instead of the instant powder would be a game changer.

If you come with a car, better park somewhere a few roads down or ask the host in advance to guide you to the one parking spot below the hotel - or you might get stuck in the super narrow streets :)

Pros:

Идеальный отель для знакомства с Тбилиси! Первый раз в Грузии, апрель 2026, было пасмурно и моросил дождик в первые дни. НО отель создал атмосферу на весь отпуск! Нас встретили как хороших друзей, хозяйка Наталья очень дружелюбна и общительна. Вид с террасы шикарный и днем и ночью, старый город как на ладони.
Все в пешей доступности. Бронировали баню, пешком 5 мин напрямую.

A home from home with fantastic views over Tbilisi.
Pros:

Fantastic location in the old town just down from the Mother of Georgia statue. If you have mobility issues this area is not for you but we loved climbing up and down the extremely steep old winding streets to get to the centre. My room was fantastic - good size, super clean with a kettle and the balcony was a wonderful bonus with views across the town. Natalia was a great host with excellent English and communication with her was clear and helpful from the very beginning. There is a roof room and terrace for breakfast, also with stunning, far reaching views. I would recommend 100%. A homely, friendly atmosphere.

Cons:

My only disappointment was the breakfast. There was no fresh bread, oats/cereal or fruit and the only option was quite a heavy, cooked egg dish with cheese and salad.

The location of the hotel overlooking Tbilissi is fantastic! You are just a few minutes walk away from the old town and main tourist area. The room with balcony was comfortable and clean with a lovely view. Natalia was a wonderful host and prepared us delicious breakfast every morning. I would return without a doubt!

Идеальное место, чтобы затеряться в узких улочках старого города. Отель находится в самом центре старого города, отсюда все основные достопримечательности Тбилиси находятся в пешей доступности.
Я специально искала отель/апартаменты с резным балконом и видом на город и я не прогадала! Вид с балкона просто потрясающий, это надо увидеть. Также со стороны улицы Гоми (сзади) есть лестница, которая идёт наверх. Оттуда открывается панорама на весь город.

Отель красивый, чистый и по-домашнему уютный. Завтраки просто чудесные! Очень вкусные, сытные и домашние.
А сердце этого отеля прекрасная хозяйка Наталья, все подскажет, расскажет и вином угостит) Невероятно гостеприимная, душевная, с необыкновенной энергией.
От всей души благодарю Наталью за радушный прием и горячо рекомендую остановиться именно здесь, чтобы познакомиться с Тбилиси❤️
