アクセスとスタッフ対応抜群の駅前ホテル！
Pros:

チェックイン１時間ほど前に荷物を預けたいとフロントにお願いしたら、なんと部屋の準備が出来てるからとチェックインをしてくれたのです。その他にも備品の貸し出しや朝食の対応など、グローバルなスタッフの皆さんが笑顔で流暢な日本語で、心地よい対応をしてくれました
朝食も種類多く食べ過ぎてしまうほど美味しかったです

Cons:

部屋の壁が薄いのか隣の利用者の雑な過ごし方のせいか、壁ドンドンなどの騒音が大きいのが気になりました
スカイスパは心地良かったのですが、脱衣所の壁や天井などのカビやシミは少し興醒めしました

Angenehm praktisch
Pros:

Zentrale Lage hat viel Reisezeit gespart. Für zu zweit würde ich das nächste Mal ein größeres Zimmer nehmen. Die Koffer hatten kaum Platz. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich.

Fantastic Location and Relaxing Onsen — Small Tattoos Didn’t Seem to Be an Issue
Pros:

The location is excellent. Situated between Sannomiya Station and Motomachi Station, everything is within walking distance. There are also many affordable and delicious Western-style brunch cafés near the hotel.

The hotel room size was adequate and comfortable. The 24-hour sauna is mostly used by both Western and Asian guests, and the outdoor hot spring bath is especially wonderful.

Although the hotel states that guests with tattoos are not allowed to enter, some men with moderate tattoos were still using the facilities. So if you only have a few small tattoos, you will likely be fine.

Para repetir!!
Pros:

Las vistas desde el recibidor y desde la entrada a los baños públicos (onsen). Los baños estaban tan bien que no usamos la ducha dejadez la habitación ni un solo día.
Todo era con detalles cuidados
No vi nada de suciedad ni de dejadez en el hotel
El personal de recepción muy amable
La ubicación buenísima
Lo único que no probamos fue el desayuno porque no lo teníamos contratado y porque había mil opciones de comidas alrededor del hotel
