Great little place to stay
Pros:

It was a little old but was neat and comfortable. We were close in walking distance to local IGA and restaurants and good value

Cons:

Some of the cupboards getting worn out and needs replacing, the window sills leaked from rain but otherwise all good

Staff and location are great! WIFI issues will be the main reason we don't return.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Cannot fault them at all!!

Cons:

Bed and couch were a bit uncomfortable. Housekeeping were a bit hit and miss- replaced towels but didn't empty bins or restock coffee sachets.
WIFI was terrible. We've stayed there before and the WIFI was fine then, which is why we rebooked at the same place. I needed to do some bookkeeping for work and what should have taken me less than an hour to complete, took close to three hours because the WIFI kept cutting out. I was eventually able to do the important stuff but not any extra work that should have been done.

Very welcoming and affordable place with a fantastic location.
Pros:

The staff were amazing and made me feel very welcome. They happily printed documents from emails for me and nothing was too much trouble for them.

The location is fantastic, five minute walk to the river and plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby.
