Really enjoy our stay here each time we drive through from Melbourne to Sydney or vica versa.
Pros:

We like everything about this hotel. However, did not get a chance to try the new restaurant but will give it a go next time we drive through.

Maybe have firmer mattresses.

Good for what we needed for a 1-night stay with our dog
Pros:

Super easy check-in, clean facilities and decent breakfast. This was our first time using pet friendly hotel accommodation; the room was tidy and provided some nice extras for our dog which was a cute touch.

Cons:

The bed was really firm, so personally I found the bed quite uncomfortable and didn't have a decent sleep.
There are also a lot of small lights around the room, like the alarm system and aircon. Bring a sleeping mask

The venue is tired and needs updating particularly in thd hallwsys. Wirn carpet and chipped paint. Tired floral arrangem
Cons:

Paying for parking as an additional cost in a small regional town was a surprise. Having this as an included services encourages one to come back. Instead we were instructed to park in a free car park next door which did not feel safe and meant my husband with a disability had a lengthy way to walk.

Best place to stay in Albury, would recommend
Pros:

Rooms are great and sound proofing effective (a common problem with hotels we stay at). Cleanliness is a top score and the desk staff are super helpful and friendly

Cons:

The breakfast was great but the pastries cold, stale and sparse. Introducing a second coffee machine would help the flow as it's very slow and causes a queue to form fairly regularly
