Wohnung wäre mit Balkon Top!
Pros:

Leider habe ich nicht das gebuchte Appt mit Balkon bekommen. Sondern eines ohne Balkon. Dies hat mir die Freude an meinem Aufenthalt sehr getrübt. Die Wohnung ist sonst wirklich sehr schön und gross, sehr sauber und das Bett war sehr bequem. Habe eine Reklamation gesandt, damit ich eine Rückerstattung erhalte.

Pros:

Propre, près du bus pour aller prendre le vaporeto, pas trop loin de la plage, quartier résidentiel et calme. Réactivité de l’accueil, bateau taxi privé qui arrive tout à côté

Très peu d’équipement , luminaire plafonnier sommaire, deco très minimaliste assez froide

Includes parking and a washing machine and only a reasonable walk, or bus ride, and vaporetto to Venezia and the other islands.
Bar Bepi, just down the road was great for a morning coffee and cornetto.

Cons:

If you like the hustle and bustle of Venezia, this may not be the spot for you. But we enjoyed having a quiet haven to retire to 😊

Sehr schöne und grosse Wohung. Nicht ganz zentral aber dennoch sehr empfehlenswert.!!!
Pros:

Die Wohnung war sehr gross und sauber. Die Lage ist ok. d.h. zum Dorfzentrum geht es ca. 10 min zu Fuss aber eine Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Der Strand ist auch nicht sehr weit entfernt. Der Parkplatz ist auch super und das Internet und Garten sind top.

Cons:

Die Küchenausstattung ist definitv nicht top. d.h. die Teller, das Besteck, der Kühlschrank und der Geschirrspüler sind gut aber die Kochuntensilien, d.h. Pfannen, Messer etc. sind wiklich nicht gut. Wir haben das auch persönlich dem sehr netten Eigentümer mitgeteilt und er wird sich darum kümmern hat er uns mitgeteilt. Das lässt hoffen den der Rest ist wirklich super.

Love Lido and this is a great place to stay!
Pros:

Loved staying in Lido and will do again when we return in the future. About 15 minutes to water taxis to Venice. There is also the downtown with great local restaurants, caffes. Grocery stores about 15 minutes by car.

Cons:

Great stay in general. A bit dusty in stairs but overall clean.

La ubicación, limpieza y la cantidad de baños.

Cons:

No quedó claro al hacer la reserva que el departamento era de dos niveles con una escalera más bien empinada. Además, no dejaron suficientes pastillas para el lavavajillas, detergente para la ropa y papel higiénico para toda la estadía. Por último, a una de los pasajeros se le quedó una chaqueta y la persona que gestionó nuestra estadía (Filippo) no nos respondió si la había encontrado o no.

Es war soweit angenehm, aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht ganz stimmig.
Pros:

Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, modern und angenehm. Zudem sehr zentral gelegen. Alles war gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Terrasse war ebenfalls sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Die Verdeckung des Dachfensters liess sich nicht öffnen. Mein Zimmer hatte schon etwas sehr in sich geschlossenes.

Eigentlich toll, aber durch einige Kleinigkeiten selbst für geduldige Gäste nahezu unbrauchbar
Pros:

Eigentlich ist es eine sehr schöne Liegenschaft, erbaut um 1900 und offenbar von Architekten professionell und sinnvoll umgebaut und eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung (Betten, Sofas, Küche, Badezimmer) ist elegant, hochwertig und dezent.

Cons:

Leider wurde an zwei Kleinigkeiten gespart, die einem den Aufenthalt wirklich vermiesen:
1. Es gibt beim Eingang keine Garderobenhaken - was tue ich mit regennassen Jacken? In den Kleiderschrank hängen (die EINZIGE Hängemöglichkeit)??
2. Es gibt keine Bettlampen, nur ein sehr helles Raumlicht, das sich in manchen Schlafzimmern nicht einmal vom Bett aus schalten lässt. Im Bett ein Buch oder eine Zeitung lesen ist somit unmöglich.

Der absolute Tiefpunkt ist aber die Organisation bzw. das Personal:
1. Ich habe gleich bei der Buchung unsere Ankunftszeit per Bahn angegeben. Das wurde offenbar übersehen und ich musste noch drei Mal (!!!) meine Ankunftszeit angeben.
2. In einem der Schlafzimmer war die Fernbedienung für das Dachflächenfenster (in ca. 3,5 m Höhe) defekt. Somit war das Zimmer stockdunkel und nicht zu lüften - eine Art Kerker. Erst wurde angekündigt, das Problem noch am selben Tag zu lösen, dann war Funkstille - niemand erreichbar. Dann hieß es, am nächsten Tag kommt eine funktionierende Fernbedienung. Ende der Kommunikation, keine Fernbedienung. Ein Anruf bei der auf Booking.com angegebenen Nummer erreichte eine neue Person, die eine Lösung für den VORLETZTEN Tag unseres Aufenthalts versprach. Es kam leider nichts.
Somit ergibt sich eine Woche in einem finsteren Loch ohne Frischluftzufuhr zu einem doch recht stattlichen Preis.
3. Hat man die Liegenschaft betreten, muss man noch einen ziemlich großen Parkplatz überqueren, der mit extrem stolpergefährdenden Rasensteinen ausgelegt ist. Dieser Platz ist im Herbst ab 18:00 stockdunkel, die vorhandene Beleuchtung wurde einfach nicht eingeschaltet.

Resume: Der Kunde ist nicht König, sondern eine Belästigung, die man am Besten ignoriert.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Alles nagelneu, extrem großzügige Raumaufteilung, umfassende Ausstattung, ganz nah am Strand, relativ nah am Bootsanleger, Bushaltestelle fast an der Haustür

Great stay, but a few small improvements would make it perfect
Pros:

Spacious, clean house, close to the Vaporetto station, situated in a quiet area.

Filippo was always ready to help with any information we needed.

Cons:

It would be appreciated if hand soap were provided in the bathroom, garbage bags were available in case they’re needed, and kitchen towels were included (there was only a hand towel in the kitchen).

We liked that the city tax could be paid by card, but we would have appreciated if the correct price had been listed on Booking. In practice, no matter how many days you stay, the tax is charged for 5 days regardless of the actual length of your stay.

Would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Great Location, Bus 1 min away as was the cafe. Beach a 5 minute walk. 10-15 Minute walk to center of town.
Nice to have parking on premises.
Very clean.

Cons:

Would have liked to have a few wine glasses in the cupboard.
