Le faltaban cosas para cocinar , estaba poco equipada . También faltaban cosas de limpieza .

В целом проживание было комфортным, однако есть несколько моментов, которые, на наш взгляд, можно улучшить.

Прежде всего, было непонятно, куда нужно выбрасывать мусор. Нам пришлось самостоятельно искать контейнеры, так как никакой информации об этом не было.

Также в апартаментах отсутствовали самые необходимые расходные материалы. Не было мусорных пакетов, туалетной бумаги, средства или капсул для посудомоечной машины, а также стирального порошка, несмотря на то, что в апартаментах были и посудомоечная, и стиральная машины. В результате все это пришлось покупать самостоятельно и искать ближайшие магазины сразу после приезда, что было не очень удобно.

На кухне также не хватало кухонных принадлежностей. Был всего один нож, причем очень тупой, поэтому пользоваться им было практически невозможно. Кроме того, было слишком мало посуды и столовых приборов. Мы отдыхали семьей из пяти человек, и набора из шести предметов было недостаточно для комфортного использования.

После долгой дороги было бы приятно увидеть хотя бы небольшой приветственный набор: чай, сахар и, возможно, несколько капсул для кофе. У нас были только соль и перец. Также не оказалось губки для мытья посуды, поэтому ее тоже пришлось покупать самостоятельно.

При этом хочется отметить и положительные моменты. Полотенец было более чем достаточно, они были чистыми и в хорошем состоянии. За это отдельное спасибо.

В целом апартаменты нам понравились, и если устранить перечисленные мелочи, проживание станет значительно комфортнее.

It wasn’t the property we booked: none of the decorative touches or furnishing were the same as the photos; there wasn’t a coffee maker; there was a single plug point in the kitchen which meant you could only plug the kettle in but not same time as anything else and only when you perched it on top of the microwave ! There were very steep open stairs.

Each guest had one very thin pillow which was really uncomfortable, and management told us we couldn’t have any more even though they clearly manage multiple properties. as there weren’t any cushions, throws, additional bedding etc we were stuck.

When we raised these concerns with management they never replied. When we escalated further with booking.com they didn’t reply to them either.

Ho vissuto con ansia l’avviso lasciato sul tavolo che prevedeva per ogni cosa rotta o danneggiata delle penali molto salate, compresi 200€ il caso di rottura di un elettrodomestico. Ho avuto ansia ad usare le cose per paura che si danneggiassero

Couldn’t find any English speaking TV but not a big deal . The 200’yd trip to communal recycle bins .

Sadly the stay was marred by our experience with the staff and for that reason it wasn't relaxing and I won't be returning.

Prior to arrival I was asked twice to state my time of arrival. I did this and then when we arrived we were chastised for not responding to a WhatsApp we didn't receive saying the time wasn't stated. After arriving in the heat with two toddlers and a pensioner we were then told the room wasn't ready.

When we did finally get in there was no cot. This was despite specifically messaging prior to arrival to check there was one available. This was, however, to their credit, rectified swiftly.

We were not given any information about the bins. I messaged asking where we can drop them off when they were full and had no response. We put them outside the door and waited to find out. We then received multiple voice notes from two separate people warning of a fine if they are not removed. Apparently there is a fob to empty rubbish and a bin located two streets away to use but we weren't told about this and it is not in the visitor information.

After arriving home I then received random photos of a broken plug socket, melted kettle wire etc with no explanation. These things were present on arrival which I stated. I was then told we had to pay 200.euros and if they were present on arrival we should have informed them immediately and taken photos. Whilst the apartment is modern there are obvious signs of wear and tear throughout and it requires decoration and upkeep. You do not expect to have to photograph the entire apartment before starting your holiday and I have never done so in the past.

Sadly the location and apartment is just not worth all the hassle staying here particularly given the price paid. Go elsewhere for a relaxing holiday.

First time I've ever been asked to take our rubbish with us, which was a bit of a challenge when we had to leave at 8am with our own luggage

La struttura richiede agli ospiti di smaltire autonomamente la spazzatura prima del check-out. Tuttavia, i cassonetti dell’indifferenziata sono accessibili solo ai residenti tramite un apposito dispositivo. Avendo con noi tre neonati e, di conseguenza, una notevole quantità di pannolini da conferire nell’indifferenziata, non abbiamo saputo come gestire lo smaltimento.

Henkilökuntaa oli vaikea tavoittaa, kun yhteydenottonumero vaihteli reissun aikana. Ruokaa oli vaikea valmistaa asunnossa, kun kansia puuttui, välineet olivat huonoja. Leivänpaahdinta olisimme kaivanneet. Asunnossa ei ollut minkäänlaista ohjeistusta esim.ilmastoinnista, roskien keräyspisteestä ym.

Wir haben ein Appartement mit Aussenbereich zum Essen gebucht.Im Garten waren aber weder Tisch noch Sesseln.

Olimme tehneet varauksen viidelle, manager ei kuitenkaan tätä ymmärtänyt. Hän hoitaa tehtäviä kaukaa eikä ymmärrä että asiakas oli tässä tapauksessa oikeassa . Olimme maksaneet viidestä mutta vuodevaatteet olivat neljälle.
