La qualité des plats servis au restaurant est médiocre . Le personnel n’est pas toujours aimable .
Gute Lage. Das Personal war äußerst nett und aufmerksam. Der Kaffee beim Frühstück war sehr lecker.
Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, der Boden allerdings nicht zu 100% sauber. Außerdem war das Hotel etwas hellhörig.
It was perfect and very clean
Die Lage des Hotels war top, man hat sich in der Gegend sehr sicher gefühlt und das Westgate Shopping Center liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Preislich ist es ebenfalls sehr gut, hatten bei unserer Buchung ohne Frühstück gebucht aber einen super Discount bekommen.
Der Poolbereich war ebenfalls sehr sauber, und man konnte dort gut verweilen. Leider gab es nicht genügend Handtücher für die Liegen und auf Nachfrage warteten wir über eine Stunden ohne ein Handtuch zu bekommen.
Das Frühstück war gut, die Egg-Station war das Highlight, jedoch nicht sehr abwechslungsreich.
Leider hatte unsere Dusche ein Leck, nach jedem Duschgang war unsere halbes Bad überflutet.
Abends aßen wir im dazugehörigen Restaurant und nicht am Buffet, dort warteten wir auf unser Abendessen über eine Stunden obwohl kaum Gäste das Restaurant besuchten.
Zudem war in den Nächten immer was los, es war teilweise richtig laut bis nach 1 Uhr nachts, was das Schlafen fast unmöglich machte.

Qu'on me demande de payer un supplement pour 2 enfants qui étaient pourtant dans ma demande de réservation et mes échanges de mails. Et encore 20 dollars chacun pour leur petit déjeuner, prix très elevé

Frühstück ist ok. Gut ist, dass man sich ein Frühstückspaket machen lassen kann, wenn man früher los muss.
An einem Nachmittag/Abend gab es eine Hochzeit im Hotel. Es war massiv laut, sodass das Zimmer quasi nicht benutzbar war, Ruhe und Schlaf defacto unmöglich. Generell ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig. Vorangekündigt war es auch nicht. Nachdem ich mich beschwert habe, hat sich das Personal zwar entschuldigt, aber entgegen kommen bzw Entschädigung hab es keine. Aufgrund dieser Veranstaltung war auch der Pool zwei Tage nifht benutzbar. Auch hier keine Entschädigung.
Sehr sauber und Personal war sehr nett
Es ist sehr hellhörig und am Abend, hört man sowohl Gäste im Gang als auch die Nachbarn nebenan wenn sie um 23 Uhr Fernsehen. Das war sehr unangenehm.

Great location, very close to two Malls, very safe Hotel, high security level, very friendly & helpful Staff, fantastic Roof top terrasse, great pool on the 11th floor, great food at the Hotel Restaurant 👍👍👍
We had bad luck with Room Nr. 308, directly above the Restaurant, which turns into a Party location every night. So it was incredibly loud. The Hotel is loud overall. Sound seems to travel up from the courtyard / reception area 24/7.
Room 308 has no daylight, poor ventilation, and some wear & tear⁷
It was bright, colourful, and staff were the same. The room was a decent size with a TV that enabled you to log into your Netflix and Prime accounts. The bathroom was clean and the pool was nice with a good few loungers around it.
The shower head had clearly not been cleaned properly in a long time and the water was spraying all over the place.
My room was next to the service elevator and as a result I was woken up really early in the morning.
