Le thème sur le parfum

Cons:

Selon moi, cet établissement ne mérite pas sa classification 4 étoiles. À mon arrivée, il n’y avait même pas de gel douche dans la salle de bain. De plus, la chambre est extrêmement petite, tout comme la salle de bain, ce qui rend le séjour peu confortable.

Lorsque j’ai demandé un fer à repasser, on m’a informé que le personnel ne montait pas en chambre, ce qui m’a obligé à descendre moi-même pour le récupérer.

Le petit-déjeuner est également très décevant, avec un choix limité et peu varié. De plus, durant le service, le personnel discutait à voix haute de sujets personnels sans prêter attention aux clients présents, ce qui manque clairement de professionnalisme et nuit à l’expérience.

Nous venons très régulièrement à Paris, notamment chaque année pendant la période de Roland-Garros, et nous avons l’habitude de séjourner dans différents hôtels. Malheureusement, cette expérience a été particulièrement décevante et ne correspond pas au standing attendu d’un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel et ne le recommanderai pas.

Pros:

la situation géographique en plein centre de Suresnes. C'est propre et sans chichis. L'équipe est sympa.

Cons:

Pas de parking mais parking public à 50 m donc pas trop gênant. Salle de bain et chambre : plutôt basique, rien à reprocher c'est propre, bien insonorisé et le lit était confortable mais l'effort de déco est minimaliste.
