Very central location, close to a lot
Pros:

The room had great blockage of light and the room fitted us well for a few nights.
Friendly reception staff and consideret cleaning staff.
Conveniant coffee/tea station on upper level also offering a micro and cutlery.

Cons:

The matress on the bed of room 203 was worned out, or of lower quality, our backs did not appreciate the stay.

Window toward the street does not block out all noise. Note that this location is very close to bar and club area so people and car drivers make noises between 00-06. If a light sleeper like me, try to get a room the other side of the house.

Pobyt bardzo udany, na pewno wrócimy
Pros:

Znakomita lokalizacja tuż przy dzielnicy starego miasta i portowej. Na dworzec autobusowy i kolejowy spacerem 20 minut. W hotelu czysto, pokój w bardzo dobrym stanie wyposażony wystarczająco na wygodne funkcjonowanie, łóżko bardzo wygodne. Śniadanie bardzo dobre, przyniesione punktualnie do pokoju. Pan który się nami zajmował przesympatyczny, uśmiechnięty i udzielił nam wszelkiej pomocy. Caen, choć mało turystyczne, jest ciekawym miejscem do z widzenia i znakomita baza wypadową do zwiedzania regionu Calvados.

First time in Caen
Pros:

Very clean.modern but traditional. Owner and his little kids were friendly and superb. Close to town. Choice whether to have breakfast. Great wiffi. Hood shower

Cons:

No kettle to make tea,i know not always a thing in European hotels, but a mini fridge would be a nice.Quite a noisy road,though cannot blame owner for that..
