Good reliable budget stay. Rooms are nearly sound proof. A/c’s work. Always hot water.

Horrible experience staying in your hotel. Never ever again !
Pros:

Its the worst ever experience so far in my travel & stay in any hotels. Room was messy horribly unmaintainted and of all AC is too noisy. It was like staying under a road roller or a drilling machine.
No water when you wish to use washrooms. No soap dispencers & towels provided.
Staff not cooperative & humble. Infact very irresponsible towards their basic duties. Guest had to beg for fundamental facilities like drinking water, T kettel, T coffee sachets, Towels, Glasses, soap dispencers, etc
Disappointment to the highest level.
Highly recommend NOT to stay in this hotel. Its just like ruining your vacation & stay.

⚠️ Terrible experience at Hotel Mayda Prime- Poor Hygiene, Flooded Bathroom & Unprofessional Staff.
Cons:

Very disappointing experience at Hotel Mayda Prime. I reached the hotel around 7:45 PM on 5th May after travelling nearly 1378 km and was completely exhausted, but the check-in process was unnecessarily slow and the reception staff seemed very lazy and uncooperative.

After entering Room 504 and unpacking my luggage, I found that the shower was not working and even the hand shower beside the commode was broken. I had to call reception and request a bucket and mug. While taking a shower, the bathroom drainage was blocked and water started flooding towards the room. I immediately informed reception and staff came to check, but nobody offered to change my room until I personally demanded another room.

Before booking, I had requested a non-smoking room and was informed that all rooms were non-smoking, yet both Room 504 and 502 had ashtrays inside, which was very confusing.

The rooms were also not clean. I noticed hair on the pillow covers, which made it seem like the covers had not been changed properly. Staff behaviour throughout the stay was passive, non-cooperative, and they wasted a lot of my time. The entire experience left me mentally frustrated and helpless after such a long journey.

This hotel shouldn't have been in booking.com not any website. There is nothing to like about.

Cons:

After I checked-in, receptionist could not find the staff to show me my room. Finally, when she got hold of the staff. I went to the room and found bedsheet was dirty and bed had depression so, I asked for another room. They gave me another room and Lenin had hole on it, bathroom had a bucket and not appealing, overall dirty and holes on the floor, side bed drawn was boken. So, had to find another hotel, which was in the next road and moved there after 10:30 pm. I have taken photos. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
