ME AND MY GRANDDAUGHTER WAS ACCUSED OF STEALING AN IPHONE. AND AT THE TIME THAT IT HAPPENED WE WAS NOT EVEN IN THE HOTEL. THE ACCUSERS CALLED THE POLICE AND OUR PERSONAL PROPERTY WAS ACCUALLY SEARCH WHEN I STARTED REQUESTING TO PULL THE SECURITY TAPE TO SEE WHEN WE ACCUALLY CAME TO THE BUILDING UPON ONE POLICEMAN WENT TO VEIW THE TAPE AT THAT TIME MY DAUGHTER HAD CALLED AND ASKED WHAT IS TAKING US SO LONG. I TOLD HER WHAT WAS GOING ON SHE REPLIED WAIT LET ME SEND YOU ME HOME SECURITY TAPE. SO SHE SENT ME THE TAPE SHOWING THAT WE WAS STILL IN HER HOUSE AT THE TIME THAT THEY SAID THE PHONE WAS TAKEN. BUT STRANGE THING IS THAT AFTER MY DAUGHTER SENT ME HER SECURITY TAPE WHILE I WAS SHOWING THE LOBBY POLICEMAN THEN THE PEOPLE THAT WAS ACCUSING US OF STEALING THE PHONE. ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY CAME FROM THE POOL EXIT DOOR SIDE WITH THE PHONE THAT THEY HAD ACCUSED AND IT SEEMED LIKE IT WAS A SET UP. BECAUSE ONCE MY DAUGHTER SENT OVER THE SECURITY TAPE. BEFORE THE LOBBY OFFICER COULD FINISH LOOKING AT THE TAPE. THEY FINES THE PHONE. THEY PHONE GOT LOST AROUND 9PM THE NUGHT BEFORE BUT THEN 11AM THE NEXT MORNING WE GET ACCUSED OF STEALING A PHONE THAT WAS NEVER LOST.US OF STEALING. THAT WAS THE MORNING OF MY 62ND BIRTHDAY MY WHOLE DAY WAS RUINED WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A SPECIAL DAY FOR MY TURNED OUT TO BE A VERY HORRIBLE BIRTHDAY BECAUSE OF OUR SKIN COLOR WE WAS RACIAL PROFILED
The front desk woman she was soo good I don’t feel she needs to deal with the nasty of the hotel
The smell the dirty door walls elevators and the room how sickening my entrance I slipped on the floor from how greasy and slippery the floor was ? Fingerprints all over the fridge mildew in the shower hair on my bed spit balls on the ceiling , kind of saddens me for the price charged! Beyond disappointed
Room was very dirty. Hair, stains on comforter, stains on towels
Upon arrival, a/c was set to 60 degrees. IceBox!! Heater did not work! It was 58 degrees outside that night!!

Easy location and not in a very noisy area
I wish they would provide wash cloths along with the hand towels and large bath towels.
Room size
No basic breakfast items to purchase as the shop was poorly stocked. Having to go down to the reception to pick up bed sheets as there was none in the room to accommodate the sofa bed and was told by the front desk staff they were own they’re own and could not deliver.
Easy check in and check out. Comfortable bed. Snack room available to purchase food. .
Doors to room very heavy. Hair in bathtub. Corners of carpet near elavator need cleaning.
Check in was smooth the staff was very friendly and helpful.
It is a bit hard to accurately rate this hotel due to an odd experience at check-in. As I checked in after a long travel day, I realized that I had forgotten to ask for a ground floor room (I was on a cycling vacation and wanted to be able to wheel my bicycle in/out easily). The person checking me in wasn't too happy to redo the computer input and said something to that effect, but gave me a room on the ground floor. Upon entering it, I encountered a rank stench of mold so strong that I immediately exited. The odor was so strong that I actually felt physically ill for a good hour or so afterwards, even though I was in the room for just a few moments. It was akin to being hit with tear gas or some other noxious chemical which can affect you through even the briefest of exposures.
A different hotel clerk apologized then gave me a different room on an upper floor. I used the elevator which was fine for getting my bicycle up and down.
I'm not sure if the management knew about the problem in this room or not. (And I'm not sure which is worse--knowingly sending a guest to a room with a health hazard or not being cognizant of the problem).
There was a bit of a "red-neck" vibe in the hotel and I didn't feel comfortable/safe confronting them about it while still in town at their establishment.
Aside from this, however, the room I actually stayed in was fine--although it needed to be aired out and unfortunately, the window opened only a few inches.
The room had a kitchen with full size refrigerator and there were washer/driers that one could use for free.

Location was ok. Very noisy area. King bed was good.
No breakfast included. Kitchen was poorly stocked. Silverware was very limited. Carpets and furniture was very dirty.
Only one elevator worked. Ice machine was only on the first floor. Hall smelled dirty. Poor lighting.
Room was clean, beds and pillows super comfortable.
There was a long line to check in.
