Spacious & clean room. Comfy beds & pillows - note: the mattresses are firm but I like that! Great location, close to train station. Would absolutely stay again & recommend ☺️

Pleasant stay in the hotel.
Pros:

The location was good, just 1 minute from the Tokyo metro line and 5 minutes walk to Tsujiki market where you can enjoy amazing sushi, sashimi and other good Japanese food. There are coin laundry shops within 5 minutes walk. The rooms are clean.

Cons:

We stayed for 6 nights for 2 rooms and asked if we could have complimentary late check out for just 1 hour as our flight was in the late afternoon. The hotel came back that we can stay until 2 but needed to pay for a feee (¥1000 per hour per room). I was a bit disappointed with that.
