Gut gelegenes Hotel. Bequeme Betten. Kleines Zimmer.
Pros:

Hotel ist gut gelegen in Fussnähe von zwei U-Bahn Stationen. Betten waren bequem. Das Personal war stets freundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht sehr geräumig evtl. für Tokio normal. Der Frühstückpreis im vergleich zu anderen Hotels bzgl. Preisleistung meiner Meinung nach ist zu hoch.

Very good value for money and great area
Pros:

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable

Cons:

The "gym" was a joke - a treadmill, bike and elliptic machine, nothing more. A great pity as I had selected the hotel for the fact they advertised a fitness centre.

Amazing . Close to main Ginza shopping area.
Pros:

Convenient location and it was close to the park in the submitted river that allows me to go on runs

The rooms were perfect for two people, but since we had three, it was kind of small

Overall, I left feeling more disappointed than impressed
Cons:

The first thing I noticed when we walked into our room after a long flight was the “in-room spa” service. I was so excited to book a session—until I saw a note that said:

“Please note that we are unable to accept reservations from individuals with tattoos.”

Honestly, that felt a bit insulting.

I looked it up and learned that, historically, tattoos in Japan have been associated with organized crime, which is why many spas still have this policy. But come on... I'm not Japanese, this is an international hotel, and it's an “in-room” spa service. Who exactly is going to be offended by my tattoo?

The second thing happened the very next day. They slipped a note under our door saying they would be entering the room to clean it regardless of the housekeeping option we'd selected, "for your health."

Excuse me... you know what's best for my health better than I do?

It just felt a little patronizing.

Overall, I didn't feel very welcome at this hotel, and to top it off, the breakfast was pretty disappointing too.
