Good location and rooms.
Pros:

MVP award goes to the security at this hotel, who said hello, smiled, offered umbrellas and more during our stay. Genuinely the experience was made because of how friendly they were at any hour of the day- so thankyou!
The room and view was great- spacious and functional.

Cons:

The bathroom cleanliness left a bit to be desired- our room had soap scum all over the walls.
The breakfast was also not the best value, but was fine for a hotel.

Отель расположен в удачном месте, рядом есть круглосуточный 7/11, станция метро в 5 минутах ходьбы, в номерах косметика L'occitane, разнообразные завтраки.

Cons:

Не то чтобы не понравилось, нужно учитывать, номера компактные, но оснащены всем необходимым.

Very impressed stay
Pros:

Location is great. Close to everything.
The stuff is friendly and room is comfortable and clean.
Really love the separate bathroom and toilet.
Walking distance to Tsukji Market. Paradise for seafood lovers.

È una struttura comoda per la posizione

Cons:

La camera era sporca, quando siamo entrati in camera c’era cattivo odore, come se qualcuno avesse fumato in camera, abbiamo segnalato tutto alla reception, ma anche dopo la pulizia della camera c’era sempre cattivo odore (probabilmente era la moquette). La camera non è da 4 stelle, manca la cura dei dettagli (tipo un caricatore multifunzione), un servizio di cortesia non self service. La reception è fredda, spoglia, non troppo accogliente. I sanitari del bagno sono un po’ vecchiotti e obsoleti tranne il citofono della doccia.
