Great value for money, i’ll be back if i go to tokyo again
Pros:

location is perfect: very close to hibiya line yurakucho line, all 3 konbini in <200m, close enough to ginza without its crowds.

staffs are efficient but are friendly. they are used to baggage sending request so everything was done in <10 min.

room is clean, quiete spacious for japanese standard, and like other japanese hotels, they give free amenities

Cuidado porque te pierden las cosas y no esperes ninguna solución por su parte!
Pros:

El hotel en general no está mal. Buenas instalaciones y limpio pero el personal del hotel deja mucho que desear.

Cons:

El personal de recepción y la gestión ante un problema que nos ocasionaron. El personal de limpieza nos perdió unas pertenencias y no hubo forma de que el hotel hiciese nada por solucionarlo, intentar encontrarlo o al menos devolvernos el dinero que nos ocasionó la pérdida. Todavía estoy esperando a que la gerencia del hotel me contacte para darme una solución

Pros:

Location. 15 mins walk to main Ginza street (Misukoshi) , lots of restaurants. Yamato luggage head office was under 10 mins walk (it was very useful as we had 1 suitcase to next destination and 1 suitcase to final which needed a few days storage)

Room is a tad small but this is Ginza location I understand

Tolle Lage, 2 min von der U-Bahn weg. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Ausstattung des Hotels ist super! Wir hatten einen traumhaften Ausblick aus dem 12. Stock

Great central location for a stay in Tokyo.
Pros:

Great location in Ginza, close to many nice cafes and restaurants, as well as public transport and shopping.

Cons:

Rooms were a bit small for keeping big luggages open, but in the end as advertised.
