便利で清潔でコスパが良い。また大風呂がある。

お風呂が大きくて夕方までは大変快適でした。ただ夜から
深夜にかけては外国の方で一杯でした。
また朝ごはんは、早い時間帯は移動時間の決まっている外国の方で混み合っており大分待たされます。9時過ぎならばゆっくり食べられます。

Cons:

Geen warm ontvangst, in de gezamenlijke ruimte kun je in principe niks dan alleen zitten en kijken naar grote tv die een reclame film van keihan trein van 1 minut 24u een blijft herhalen. In di ruimte wil je soms zitten en lezen met kopje koffie of thee, en er is geen koffie of thee beschikbaar (ook niet tegen de betaling). Totaal onduidelijke functie bestemming.

Cons:

Laundry does not have enough machines and it costs twice the amount than other hotels in Japan.
Not very clean, constantly finding goopy dirty stuff on surfaces of the room. Bedsheets are dirty and stained as well.

The hotel is very basic but clean, it seems to attract big groups and tours.
Pros:

One of the few options I could find with enough space to sleep comfortably for 3 people sharing a room.
Great location very close to the station.
Loved the small ice cream mochis available for the guests for a little treat.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t my favorite, as I don’t enjoy boiled eggs nor very runny scrambled eggs, and I do like to eat protein in the morning and not a fan of eating fish or chicken early. It has a lot more japanese options than western.

The coffee wasn’t great either.

Un 4 stelle che secondo me a breve diverrà un 5.
Pros:

L’hotel si presenta in una posizione strategica, a circa un 500 metri dalla stazione centrale di Kyoto e dal terminal dei bus.
L’entrata è molto spaziosa, il lungo corridoio che porta dall’entrata alla reception si presenta arredato di buon gusto.
Sebbene nella reception erano in corso dei lavori, per noi clienti non c’è stato alcun disagio (il tutto era circoscritto in un’area delimitata).
L’albergo dispone di un’ottima servizio di lavanderia automatica, di facile utilizzo.
L’area di attesa è servita gratuitamente di prodotti per l’igiene della persona (Tra cui, tovagliette per il corpo, creme, lozioni e saponi. Vengono forniti gratuitamente inoltre spazzolini, rasoi e accessori per i capelli e l’igiene. In ultimo, non da meno, gelati gratuiti.)
L’albergo dispone di un onsen gratuito diviso per uomini e per donne.
All’interno ci sono 15 postazioni doccia con una grande vasca di acqua calda intorno ai 45/50 gradi.
L’antibagno disponeva di ulteriori lavandini e di phon.
La stanza è molto grande, ben oltre la media giapponese.
Ordinata, ben organizzata con letti soffici e comodi.
La pulizia e il cambio del pigiama è giornaliero.
C’è anche un comodo iPad per giostrare le luci, l’aria condizionata, la richiesta di pulizia ecc.
Il bagno è diviso in due. Uno con la toilette e un piccolo lavandino, e l’altro contenente la vasca e un’altro lavadino.
Hotel veramente molto bello, da ritornarci assolutamente!

Lovely hotel with an onsen and close to the station. I loved the provided pyjama, the bar for all the essentials like cotton pads, creams etc

員工服務態度

Cons:

浴缸排水阻塞，即便員工很積極的處理，結果還是一樣；水無法順利排出，邊洗澡的時候底下就在淹水，蠻噁心的，先前看到評論發現有其他旅客反應這個狀況，沒想到很幸運地我們也碰到了🥲。飯店不重視此問題，只會流失更多的住客。
