Все было идеально
Pros:

Это был лучший отель за все путешествие по Японии! Невероятно уютно, чисто, красиво, все продумано до мелочей. Возможность выбирать миниатюры на 1 этаже со всем необходимым, бесплатные конфеты и мороженое, аппарат со льдом. Отличные функциональные номера, все чисто и красиво. Захотелось и в другие отели данной сети

お疲れモードからの脱皮
Pros:

大浴場です。たまたま、私の部屋にはバスタオルが無かったので…。
大浴場の近くのお水を飲む場所のスタッフさんにお声がけしたら、すぐに持ってきてもらえて助かりました。

Pros:

Lokalizacja hotelu jest dużym atutem. Blisko do dworca z którego zwiedzimy całe Kioto i okolice. Śniadania były bardzo urozmaicone, każdy znalazł coś dla siebie. Obsługa hotelu była bardzo sympatyczna, pokój dobrze wyposażony.
Hotel spełnił w pełni nasze oczekiwania.

Schick und modern, aber leider zuviel Selfservice und zu wenig Platz
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes, modernes Haus mit einer ansprechenden Lobby. Die Zimmer entsprechen dem westlichen Standard, bequeme Betten - eine für Europäer angenehme Abwechslung nach den landestypischen Futons. Im Haus befindet sich ein Onsen, der kostenlos genutzt werden kann. (Leider nach Geschlecht getrennt, sodass man nicht gemeinsam entspannen kann.) Auch Speiseeis steht kostenlos rund um die Uhr zur freien Entnahme. Die hoteleigenen Waschautomaten arbeiten ohne Waschpulver mit ionisiertem Wasser, was gut für die Umwelt, für empfindliche Kleidungsstücke aber eher nicht zu empfehlen ist. Die Umwelt erscheint den Hotelbetreibern generell sehr wichtig, denn obwohl - wie in Japan üblich - kostenlos Zahnbürsten, Kämme, Haargummis, Rasierer und andere Artikel zur Verfügung stehen, werden die Gäste doch darauf hingewiesen, dass es besser wäre, seine eigenen Hygiene- und Körperpflege-Produkte mitzunehmen. U-Bahn und Linienbusse sind leicht erreichbar, und auch der Bahnhof Kyoto kann bequem zu Fuß erreicht werden.

Cons:

Leider alles sehr digital und auf Selfservice ausgerichet. Ein- und Auschecken muss man selbst über Terminals, und auch um das Weiterleiten des Gepäcks muss man sich über elektronische Medien selbst kümmern. Im Notfall steht zwar das sehr freundliche Personal hilfreich zur Seite, aber letztendlich überwiegt doch der Eindruck, dass man eigentlich selbst die Arbeit der Rezeptionisten leistet. Die Zimmer sind zwar relativ groß, dennoch ist praktisch kein Platz für das Gepäck vorhanden, was sich bei einem längeren Aufenthalt als nervig und mühsam entpuppt.

まあ、良かった。もうちょっと駅から近かったら良いのに

毎日清掃してもらい、清潔でした。
ベッドの寝心地も良く、水が支給されて良かったです。

Cons:

スタッフさんが鍵の預かりを依頼しようとした時、

Pros:

Amenities a disposición. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas, de buen tamaño, al igual que el cuarto de baño.
Me encantó el detalle de poder tomar helados de sabores variados en la recepción del hotel.
El desayuno estupendo!
Me encantó el onsen!

Cons:

La ubicación, aunque no es mala, a unos 600m de las principales estaciones de metro, se hace un poco pesado con maletas (he de decir que vale la pena totalmente por lo que ofrecen)
