Sehr schönes Hotel!
Pros:

Das Hotel war schön eingerichtet und komfortabel. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker. Personal war sehr bemüht.
Gratis Eis gab es auch.

Bon séjour mais ne vaut pas le prix payé
Pros:

L’emplacement et la propreté

Cons:

La literie (les matelas sont extrêmement durs) et le bruit (cet hôtel accueille beaucoup de groupes ce qui génère beaucoup de bruit dans les couloirs lors de leur arrivée et départ donc impossible de dormir)

Una giusta scelta
Pros:

Le stanze sono molto grandi e pulite. L’hotel è moderno. Buona la posizione, molto vicino alla stazione centrale di Kyoto, ottimo per le gite e gli spostamenti. Molto vicino alla fermate del bus per muoversi in città. La struttura è nuova e pulita. Molto carino anche l’Onsen interno, ma non c’è l’idromassaggio

Hotel cercano a la estación de Kyoto

La ubicación cercana a la estación

Cons:

Tuvimos un problema con la lavadora. Nos ensució la ropa y tuvimos que repetir el ciclo de lavado pero dos prendas quedaron con manchas que no salen. El empleado al que se lo enseñamos pudo comprobar que la lavadora estaba llena de suciedad y los pidió que hiciéramos fotos a las prendas. No sirvió de nada ya que no nos solucionaron el problema. De hecho pagamos el lavado y el secado con el correspondiente retraso que supuso tener que repetirlo.

Pros:

Easy to access from train stations. Lots of options around the area for food and shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great to have an onsen after a long day of walking!

Nice cozy stay in Kyoto
Pros:

The room was bigger than my family and I expected, and the facilities were very clean. The staff were super helpful and were able to explain things well such as the luggage forwarding system and things to do around the area. My family and I opted to do the breakfast with our stay and we greatly appreciated the menu changing daily and having staples as well.

Cons:

I do not recall anything I did not like, nor my family.
