Läget är FANTASTISKT!!! Så nära till alla sevärdheter och boendet ligger så fint i Gamla stan.

Pros:

Great location in the center of Gdansk Old Town, nice buffet breakfast. The reception is 24/7 and the staffs are super friendly. They have a water filter on every floor so we don't need to buy water bottle, we just come and refill the fresh water. The room is very clean and spacious. Totally satisfied and highly recommended!

Personali abivalmidus ka peale seda, kui olime hotellist välja kolinud. Kaks noort naistöötajat vastuvõtus aitasid lahendada lennumuudatuse tõttu tekkinud probleemi.

Great location but hot rooms with faulty air conditioning
Pros:

The location was superb. Breakfast room and cleaning staff were friendly. Bedrooms were clean and well maintained. Good breakfast.

Cons:

The air conditioning was broken (on the whole of floor three) on four out of the five nights we stayed. The rooms were very hot and we could not open the windows as we had requested (and paid for) a room on the front of the hotel with a view of the square. This obviously came with noise if we left the windows open. The reception team were attempting to get the issue fixed but offered no other solutions such as room fans, and did not offer any compensation even though we asked.

Great Hotel - I'd Definitely Return
Pros:

It was right in the centre of the old town, two minutes from Hard Rock Cafe. Very modern and comfy bed. We were allowed to check in at 1am and didn't have to check out until 11am. I'd definitely come back.

Cons:

The sound of the clock bells were a little annoying but that's what happens when you are close to everything and not a lot can be done about it.

Wszystko na tak, pokój, okolica, czystość oraz obsługa, punkty odjęte za brak mapki jak dojechać pod obiekt. Wiem że to nie wina hotelu, jednak goście powinni być informowani o problemie z dojazdem.

Cons:

Dojazd do obiektu prawie graniczy z cudem, każda aplikacja z nawigacją nie umiała poprowadzić w pobliże hotelu, miasto minus za taki pomysł aby zamknąć główny dojazd i niech się goście hotelowi martwią jak tam trafić. Super pomysł na wakacje. Dramat, nie jest to wina hotelu, jednak fajnie byłoby wysłać mapkę z dojazdem alternatywną trasą
