A relaxed stay for work
Pros:

The location is great, very near the plaza and lots of restaurants. The breakfast is good but nothing out of this world. The rooms are THE BEST, amazing space with air conditioning and a big bathroom too.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't ready at 7:30am as they told us and we needed to eat early due to work. The variety of the food in the breakfast wasn't very good, could have a bit more regional options.

Alguien se quedó con mi queso
Pros:

podría decir que el hotel me encantó. Pero el final fue decepcionante. La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro (como los prefiero). El hotel es antiguo y se siente; pero la habitación es enorme, la cama gigante, todo muy cómodo. El desayuno no es el mejor, pero es suficiente. La piscina se ve linda, aunque no la use.

Cons:

dejé la habitación a medio día y encargué mi equipaje. Me olvidé un queso en refrigerador de la habitación. Al regresar al recoger mi equipaje pedí lo sacaran, la recepcionista fue y al regresar me dijo que no había nada. Alguien simplemente se lo llevó. Como debía ir al aeropuerto no hice más comentario. Pero una decepción terminar así una estadia que fue muy agradable.

Cons:

Las instalaciones, mucho ruido por la construcciones y todo muy viejo para el precio y el buffet es muy decadente encima se acaba algo y luego si se acabó ya no hay más opciones de comer

Pros:

The breakfast is pretty basic, some days theres a small buffet , some days you just get a breakfast americano on request aka eggs , coffee, juice, some bread. The thing i ike most about this hotel is the flexibility they offer and the friendly staff.
The rooms are very spacious, and they clean the rooms every day if you want it. They are very attentive to your privacy which i also highly appreciate. The beds are very large and very comfortable. The location of the hotel is also great , right in the center, not too noisy either, and its secure, staff is present around the clock and they keep an eye on things. The garden and pool are giving a high class impression.

Cons:

The room i had has no hot water, i'm not sure if that is a hotel wide issue , but i do like to take a hot bath on occasion. Peru is warm enough for it not to be too bad, either way i 'd prefer if they would actually have warm water.
