Fair price but cleanliness need to improve a bit
Pros:

The hotel provide the basic that you need as in a bed, hot shower, tv and a table with a chair for you to do some work. For the price its fair.

Cons:

When i first check in, i went to the toilet and saw there was someone poop and hadn't been flushed yet. I dont know who like either the staff hotel or the previous guest hotel who used this room. If it was the previous guest hotel, the staff should clean that up before any guest hotel to check in.
