Pros:

Lovely staff, nice free pastries for breakfast, clean, big room. Good location close to the train station and quick walk to the centre of Arashiyama

果てしなく不便な交通網
Cons:

ホテルに問題はないのだけど、駅からの交通手段にてこづりました。
嵯峨野嵐山駅から荷物を持って歩くにも、道路が石畳とか砂利とかで、キャリーケースを引けない…。キャスター壊れるかとハラハラでした。
タクシーもないし、呼んでみたけど「現在使われておりません…」。
アプリをインストールしてやったけど、クルクル回りっぱなしで繋がらず、結局歩く羽目に…(泣)
Googleの地図を頼りに歩いたけど、夜の暗闇で知らない土地を歩くには、あまりに怖すぎました。
女性１人とかなら、とても歩けない…(泣)
食事の店は早く閉まると書いてあったので、ならばと先に食事を済ませれたのは助かったけど、結果チェックインを遅くしたのが仇になったなと感じます。
そして京都は市内のどこを取っても標識も足りない？と感じました。もっとわかりやすい表示が増えると助かります。

Pros:

Me gustó el hotel, el personal muy pero que muy amables y comprensivos. Nos guardaron las maletas antes y después de nuestr estadía. Llamaron a un taxi y salieron para hablar con el señor y explicarle a donde tenia que llevarnos. De verdad muy muy recomendado

パン無料とオーブントースターが設備されていて、コーヒーも無料で提供されていた。
カードゲームも設備されていた。

Cons:

空気清浄機が綺麗でなかった。
座椅子が低くて座りづらかった。

Pros:

The staff was wonderful, full of knowledge on the area and recommendations on what to do during a rainy evening. Masa especially was extremely welcoming and helpful.

ペットも子どもも滞在しやすい宿
Pros:

とにかく駅から近くてよかったです。子連れだったので、設備として窓を開けられない、景色が見られないなどありましたが、気になりませんでした。エントランスのコーヒーが24時間飲み放題なのも良かったです。

Cons:

コーヒーなどはエントランスにあるので出入りするためにサンダルがあると嬉しかったです。水路沿いなので虫も多く子供は気にしていましたが、思いがけず5月なのにトンボの羽化が見られて良かったです。

室内でも、外（観光地が近い）でもゆっくりできる宿
Pros:

場所大変よい、清潔さ大変よい
無機質な室内デザインですが、犬を連れて行くと気を遣いすぎなくてよかったです。畳とかだと、どうしても傷や匂いがついてしまわないかと心配になるので、、
