Wow! The front desk staff are fantastic, truly brilliant people. The rooms are a good size and well equipped. The breakfast is delicious and had everything we wanted, Japanese and western. And it’s in a great location. I’d absolutely go back again if I was in Osaka.

Struttura molto bella e accogliente, pulita e camere molto belle. Bagno grande, doccia anche con tutti i prodotti necessari. Il personale è stato molto cortese nel mostrarci ogni mattina le opzioni gluten free per la colazione con prodotti unicamente gluten free, compreso pane caldo, dolci e altro.
Colazione super abbondante, sia dolce che salata da poter accontentare tutti i gusti.
Posizione ottima, a 5 minuti da Dotonbori e 5 minuti dalla metro in un quartiere super centrale.

Local, close to everything, close to the metro and shops
Lifts were quite slow when calling it. Entrance sliding doors were also slow opening.

Breakfast was abundant but the quality didn’t always meet the expectations
Hotelli oli sekä yleisiltä tiloilta siisti, samoin hotellihuone. Tyylikäs sisustus.
Hotellihuoneen ilmastointi (ilmalämpöpumppu) toimi oudosti. Välillä huoneeseen tuli kauhea kosteus (tämän huomasi myös yleisissä tiloissa) vaikka ilmastointi oli päällä. Tämä ilmastoinnin kanssa kikkailu ei ollut miellyttävää.
Aamupala ei myöskään ollut ihmeellinen. Astiat näyttivät pinttyneiltä.
Iso miinus siitä, että huoneessa ei ollut USB-latausmahdollisuutta. Hotellilta sai kyllä adapterin pyytämällä, mutta tämäkin pysyi huonosti kiinni pistokkeessa.

A equipe é muito prestável e o café da manhã foi o melhor que comemos na nossa permanência no Japão, muito variado com destaque para os pães super saborosos e fofinhos.

the friendly staff and the whole property
Very central and had all the amenities we needed. It was the property i was looking forward the most and it delivered.
Very tastefully designed hotel with a well-sized room. It was also very conveniently located in a popular shopping area, with the nearest station only a few minutes walk away. I did a lot of research before booking our hotels in Japan and I’m very glad I chose this one - it was great value.

מלון נקי ובמיקום מעולה. כשהגענו קיבלנו מתנה לירח דבש שלנו ברכה וארוחת בוקר! היה ממש מרגש ולא ברור מאליו מצדם.
