An excellent hotel that we would happily stay at again!

The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The shower was excellent, with great water pressure. We were traveling with our baby, and one of the biggest advantages for us was the huge bed — it practically goes from wall to wall, which made co-sleeping with our baby very comfortable and spacious. The room itself isn’t huge, but we folded our suitcases away to make the space more convenient for us.

The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, professional, and communicative, and always happy to help.

The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options that also suit guests who are less accustomed to Japanese flavors.

The location is central but still quiet, which was perfect for us.

We would definitely stay here again!

Fijn verblijf in een mooi, strak hotel midden in het bruisende Osaka
Pros:

De locatie was top. Vlakbij de metro. Ook Dotonbori en Namba waren op loopafstand.

Cons:

Het enige wat wij vervelend vonden is dat je de verlichting niet bij binnenkomst aan kan doen. Je moet eerst helemaal richting het bed lopen om dit te doen.
