We stayed here for a few nights in a standard room. I know in some cases hotel rooms in Japan are smaller than say North America but this hotel room was ridiculously small. The bathroom is absurdly small, toilet is in a very tight spot, there is no where to put your toiletries around the sink. The worst part of the room was the bathroom is about 8 inches higher than the rest of the room, the potential for falling in the middle of the night while using the washroom is high. The hotel is well located and the staff was nice but I wouldn't stay here again due to the room size and design.

Extremely impressed with this hotel. The room was extremely spacious and bathroom very stylish. In an excellent location amongst some great restaurants, although peaceful at night. Highly recommend to anyone travelling to Osaka.

Convenient location in the centre of all the action but yet quite close to all the shopping action short walk to Dotonbori and the station. Modern facilities with all that is required breakfast was good

As other reviewers mentioned, the breakfast was amazing, the best of our entire 3 week trip (more western which was appreciated). Enjoyed the fairly sizable shower, and the best laundry facilities of our entire trip (4 big washers -500 yen per wash and actual dryers 100 yen per 8 minutes; all can be monitored via website). The location was perfect to get around Osaka (multiple lines especially M red line (Shinsaibashi Station Exit 2 South 10 with escalator) to get to Osaka or Shin-Osaka station for day trips to Kyoto). Liked that they had a lounge space to wait for your laundry or just hang out. Close to multiple Familymarts and just down the street from the major shopping arcade that runs down to Namba. Fairly quiet at night despite the establishments since off the main street. Beds comfortable. Iron and board available upon request. Would recommend to 1st time visitors and families.

WE Love this Hotel 👍 it was perfekt.

The property is very clean and modern, in a great central location. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room is spacious for Japan with a comfortable bed and the bathroom has an amazing shower! The laundry facilities are fantastic, with separate washers and dryers and the cycles are quick and effective. The dryers actually dry the clothes on one cycle, which wasn’t the case at our hotel in Tokyo (it took four cycles!). The library communal area is such a lovely space and the free tea and coffee there is really thoughtful. Breakfast is very varied, plentiful and delicious - again in a lovely clean and modern environment. I loved our stay and can’t recommend this hotel highly enough!
