Excellent place to stay in Osaka.
Pros:

Pros:

Tout était exceptionnel. Nous étions 3, un adulte et 2 ados presque adultes. Le lit était confortable et assez grand pour nous 3 (3 lits de 80cm alignés). La salle de bain très belle et grande. La chambre assez petite mais fonctionnelle. Le petit déjeuner très varié et très bon avec des nouveautés chaque jour. L’emplacement idéal, notamment pour venir et retourner de la gare du shinkansen avec nos grosses valises. J’y retournerai si j’ai la chance de pouvoir revenir un jour à Osaka!

Location is great very near to shopping hub.
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff and professional service. Very easy to go around as near by train station. We both love the hotel and it was very pleasant stay.

Would stay again!
Pros:

Staff were so pleasant and helpful. It was a very welcoming and friendly environment. Breakfast was great and there were plenty of options. Both my husband and I are vegan and staff went out of theri way to show us what we could have and even made extra. Hotel itself is gorgeous and an excellent location

Incredible hotel that is booked out regularly for a reason.
Pros:

Great location whether you're wanting Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi or a short trip to Umeda. Very modern lobby and facilities. Spacious room for the price. Most of the staff providing incredible service whether checking in or checking out. The rainfall shower is incredible and easily the best I've had in my 16+ hotels in Japan.

Cons:

Some of the staff (non-Japanese) were not very welcoming or hospitable and didn't make eye contact or smile once. It's noticeable when all the other staff are so pleasant. Standard rooms have frosted windows which might upset those looking for a view - Deluxe rooms are available to fix this but wasn't available for me as this was a last minute trip.

Pros:

I love the location, this is my second stay here and I would choose it again, love to just go downstairs and walk everywhere, few of my favorite restaurants are in the area too. The staff is 10/10 both times they were super friendly and helped us sending our luggage to the next location even walked us to our taxi when we left. I love this hotel and would recommend for sure.

Cons:

Small rooms but usual Japan. I just wish they at least had even if very tiny, a closet.
