It was lovely to be back at Savoy Hotel Manila. We’ve stayed here before, so I had a certain level of expectation coming back, and overall, we still had a pleasant and comfortable stay.
The room was clean, and as always, the location is one of the biggest advantages, especially with how convenient it is to the airport. It makes travelling in and out of Manila so much easier.
What I really appreciated this time was how accommodating and helpful the staff were. I had a particular request during our stay, and although I completely understand that it may not always be possible to accommodate requests like this, the team went out of their way to help, and I genuinely appreciated it. Those little things really make a difference and made us feel well looked after.
There were just a couple of things that I felt were not quite the same as our previous stays. The breakfast selection seemed more limited this time, and I did miss the variety that I remember from before.
I was also a little disappointed that our luggage wasn’t brought up to our room by the bellboy. This was something that happened during our previous stays, and it was always a nice touch after a long journey. I understand that service arrangements can change, so it’s a small point, but it was noticeable to us because we had experienced it before.
Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay. The friendly staff, clean rooms and incredibly convenient location still make Savoy a hotel I would happily consider staying at again. ❤️
Every worker is very nice even the manager and the cleaners.
I will always remember how nice the manager to us. There's a complimentary drinks and some snacks. Been checking in here many times.

The facilities were clean and comfortable. Everything seemed to function correctly and the staff were friendly meal. Much better than it’s rival hotel next-door.

ほんの少しだけカビ臭いのが気になった。普通はほとんど気付かないレベルですが。
あと朝食の並びを変えれば、もっと良くなります。
もうちょっと廊下の光度が欲しいです。
後、チェックインインフォを書いた紙はカッターと定規で切るようにすると、よりよいと思います。
ちなみに元業界関係者です。
Never stay here again. I had the most uncomfortable night in this hotel. The room smell like sewerage, the reception area during my arrival did not have the aircon working.

Muy generalista y caótico, queriendo abarcar compras, comida, alojamiento… dinero fácil para ellos en unas instalaciones que huelen a humedad/cerrado y unas habitaciones pasadas de moda y pequeñas.

The Hotel is easy to reach from Terminal NAIA 3. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was okay.
The room was very humid, even when the AC was running all night. Unfortunately there was a mouldy smell in the room as well as on the whole floor 3.

Me cobraron un cargo a la tarjeta que deje en deposito y no habíamos consumido nada y les reclame el motivo del cargo y no me lo supieron decir.
La reclamación del cargo solo eran excusas y no me devolvieron el dinero, pésima atención, no volveré ni lo recomendaría a nadie.

I stay at the Savoy whenever I am flying in and out of Manila. It's so close to the international terminal that it is an easy Grab ride away. The reason I'm writing today is to talk about the pool, and the person in charge of it, Lucas. He is the pool attendant and has been there for a long time I think. Ladies and gentlemen, this pool is outstanding. It is aesthetically pleasing to look at, but the important thing is, it is the clearest, cleanest water of any pool I've been in, and that includes in the US and Europe. The water is a perfect temperature, cool but not cold, and again it is just so clear and clean. So don't forget when you are at the Savoy to go for a swim and say hi to Lucas! He's a super guy and runs a professional operation inside the Savoy.
