Do not recommend.
Pros:

It was a roof over our head.

Cons:

The room was dirty (hairs / marks on sheets, hairs in shower), only 1 towel in room despite booking for 2 people, we were exhausted and wanted room service but couldn’t find a menu - took over an hour and a half for them to bring it to us - only for another person to appear half an hour later with another menu. Bad communication.
Food was awful.
Too far to walk from the airport (with the bridge). It’s at the very far end of that area.
Very disappointing.

Pros:

The airport is in very close proximity. If you are planning to travel and want to avoid the rush hour. Stay at Savoy for peace of mind
The room was ok, but the toilet and bathroom space were tight. not convenient for entry and exit

Great location. Value for money.
Pros:

The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, of Filipino dishes.

Great location, close to the airport and conveniently near shops and popular fast-food chains.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating throughout my stay.

The hotel was also very clean, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

Cons:

Non response to early check in, then followed up and was rudely addressed via text. Upon arrival the room smelled, the bed cover had blood on it, the outlets didn’t work, and the toilet had flushing issues.
