Friendly and hospitable staff, the location is ideal to take a flight at Terminal 3. Also very good restaurant. Rooms are clean, and everything you need is present.

Good location, the staff is very helpful and friendly as usual.
It’s seems breakfast buffet and ordering breakfast didn’t improve from the last stay two years ago. Our first stayed the smell of sampaguita hits you right away in the lobby, a good thing. This stay it seems the smell of sampaguita has tapered down, even in our room after booking a sampaguita scent room. Disappointing.

Beds are not comfortable (need to change), Breakfast need to upgrade to meet filipino taste while on vacation, Shuttle very good, staff are very pleasant. Bathroom just ok.

We have been here many times; the location is very close to pretty much everything, and the staff are always nice and helpful. The only problem was the last time we were here, there was no hot water, so I had to take a cold shower. I guess the hair dryer has a time limit, as it would not start at certain times or could only be used for a limited duration. Apart from that, everything is okay.
