Pros:

以前泊まった時は北上川の緑地が見えたけど
今回はビルの方で　ちょっとがっかり😞した。
でも部屋でのんびり過ごせてうれしい☺️
低価格でお得感がある（弘前市の半額だもの)

Pros:

部屋は狭いのですが、駅、コンビニ、繁華街も近く、連携駐車場も使いやすいです。部屋はリニューアル済みで、快適でした。緑茶以外のティバッグやコーヒー、消臭剤などの準備があれば、さらにうれしいですね。

コスパ悪い。
Pros:

駅から近い事だけ

Cons:

連泊で、ゴミ回収とタオルの交換だけお願いするつもりでしたが、浴室の床や壁にゴミや髪の毛が付いていたので掃除をお願いしました。しかし壁の髪の毛は付いたままでした。

あと、古いから仕方ないとは思いますが廊下の話し声や隣室の音、壁中を水が流れる音などで安眠出来なかった。

Petit hôtel convivial avec de petites chambres mais très bien placé
Pros:

L’emplacement : à 3 min de la gare, c’est très pratique quand on a de grandes valises.
Le personnel est adorable et extrêmement serviable.
Une salle à manger est disponible à toute heure de la journée, avec de quoi réchauffer les plats et faire sa lessive.

Cons:

Les chambres sont petites et exiguës.
