Cons:

Very unprofessional experience, poor hygiene, and a terrible attitude towards guests. I do not recommend this place.
The room was dirty, the bed sheets were unwashed, and even the towels were dirty. Instead of apologizing and resolving the issue properly, they first told us to pay €120 and leave the hotel, and later, after speaking with the owner, they told us to pay the full amount and leave if we “didn’t like it.” Only after an argument did the owner of the neighboring hotel step in, provide us with clean bed sheets, and the room was finally cleaned. We also ended up without breakfast.
The biggest issue is that during the booking process it is not clearly stated that, if there is no availability in the main hotel, guests are moved to another building that is more like a hostel and not at the same location. This can only be noticed later in the confirmation email, written in small print, where it states that breakfast is not included and certain cancellation conditions apply.
