Excellent location but fair cleanliness
Pros:

The location is excellent - very close to the tube stations. And it has the air conditioner and daily room service.

Cons:

The wardrobe has the strong body odor, especially on the clothe hangers. I reported to the team, but it seems not easy to remove even after the cleaner cleaned and sprayed, unfortunately it still last, in this way we can’t use the wardrobe and have to leave all our clothes in the hallway ( it has some wall hangers) which was quite inconvenient.

Pros:

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles war gepflegt und man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung war ebenfalls sehr gut und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen und können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! 😊

Cons:

Es waren lediglich zwei Kaffeekapseln vorhanden. Etwas mehr Kaffeekapseln sowie Zucker und Kaffeeweißer wären schön gewesen.

Temiz, düzenli, metroya yakın.
Pros:

evin konumu iyidi, hiç bir şekilde bir personelle karşılaşmıyorsunuz sistemleri çok iyi biz hiç bir sorun yaşamadık. Evin tam karşısında penny var ve etrafında da bir çok market var .

Közel volt az összes tömegközlekedési eszköz. Az ágy és a kanapé is kényelmes volt alvásra. Belső udvarra néző lakásban voltunk, az utca zaja egyáltalán nem hallatszódott be.

Cons:

Érkezésünkkor - rajtunk kívül másik 3 családdal - nehézkes volt a bejutás (check-in után sem akarta elfogadni a rendszer a bejelentkezést; a hívónál a személyzet kritikán aluli módon, többször megszakítva a beszélgetést (nem csak nálunk, további 2 családnál is), ott hagyva minket segítség nélkül.

A tusfürdő 1 zuhanyzásra volt csak elég, nem töltötték fel érkezésünk előtt kellően.

Oliver Appartements sind immer die Besten in der ganzen Stadt. Ich war im Urban Style Oliver like Home. Dieses Appartement ist perfekt .-) Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder .-)

Ich habe im Hotel eine schwarze Brille vergessen :-( Ich hoffe, sie wird noch gefunden.

Cons:

微波爐附近沒有簡易操作說明，雖然email上有操作手冊，但是幾十頁的instructions 誰會認真去看？如果是放在桌上或貼在牆上2～3頁A4大小的文字，多半會人真讀。給一個email，幾十頁的文字，真是很難有時間讀啊，這只是業主copy廠商的instructions 租客讀，很推卸責任的作法啊！有給建議，業主卻仍然堅持己見。
