Amabilitatea personalului de la recepție.

Cons:

Aerul condiționat din cameră se deschidea și se oprea doar de către personalul de la recepție, în baza unei solicitări prealabile (directe sau telefonice). Apa de la duș nu avea presiune constantă. Parcarea de lângă hotel are 4-5 locuri pentru autoturisme. Meniul este relativ redus ca opțiuni, însă de slabă calitate comparativ cu ceea ce am regăsit în alte unități de cazare din Turcia. Recomand evitarea aglomerațiilor și evenimentelor din piețele publice. Acestea vă pot expune la interacțiuni violente, mizerie sau la verificări exagerate din partea organelor de poliție.

However, there was neither shower gel nor shampoo in the bathroom. The hotel is also located very close to the railway, and the noise from passing trains was quite loud, which could be disturbing, especially at night.
Breakfast was very limited, with little variety. In addition, there was water leaking from the ceiling into a bucket in the breakfast room. Although the area was isolated and it was probably a temporary issue, it did not create a good impression.

Das Hotel liegt zwischen zwei U-Bahn-Stationen. Von einer davon besteht eine direkte Verbindung zum Flughafen. Von der Station aus sind es nur etwa einen Kilometer bis zum Hotel. Alternativ dauert die Taxifahrt zum Flughafen lediglich 15 bis 20 Minuten.

Die Umgebung war angenehm und nicht überlaufen, obwohl das Hotel nur wenige Gehminuten vom Geschäftsviertel entfernt liegt. In der Nähe gibt es außerdem mehrere lokale Restaurants und Minimärkte.

Mein Zimmer war komfortabel und geräumig. Das Frühstück bot eine gute Auswahl an Speisen. Allerdings wäre etwas mehr Abwechslung wünschenswert gewesen, insbesondere für Gäste, die mehrere Tage dort übernachten.

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The staff were so gentle. The breakfast was wonderful, of course with the theme of Middle East! The location is 10 minutes by walk to the stations of metro and buses. Also close to some local good restaurants and Cafe! The view of our room was nice towards to both modern and traditional sides of Izmir. The size of our room for 2 persons was quite big enough!

Cons:

I would think that while the hotel and the rooms were so clean, however, the cleanliness by the servants can be managed in a more well-organized way! I imagine like if any supervisor can observe immediately the cleanliness to avoid any deficiencies!

Prima hotel voor de tijd die we er verbleven.
Pros:

Kamers waren groot genoeg. Sanitair was netjes. Ontbijt was goed verzorgd, genoeg variatie. Was een dame aan de receptie die vriendelijk en behulpzaam was.

Cons:

Douchekop kwam geen water uit. Alleen uit de handdouche. Minibar werkte niet. Personeel mocht vriendelijk zijn. Was een dame aan de receptie die vriendelijk en behulpzaam was.

Pobyt udany, lokalizacja hotelu dobra, dość blisko do atrakcji miasta i wyjazdu na autostradę.
Pros:

Miły personel, dobra lokalizacja, duży pokój.

Cons:

Brak balkonu, bardzo głośne odgłosy pociągu za oknem, problemy z brakiem miejsca do parkowania, mało urozmaicone śniadania, łazienka wymagająca odświeżenia.
