nieporozumienie

nic , jestem rozczarowany !!!

Po pierwsze brak sieci Wi-Fi , restauracja czynna do godziny 14 czyli przyjeżdżając można się rozczarować , śniadanie bardzo skromne ( pełnia sezonu a papryka i ogórki konserwowe !!! ), brak czajnika w pokoju , woda nie spływała ze zlewu i brodzika , nawet na wodę ciepłą trzeba długo czekać w łazience , w TV brak programu TVP 1 i 2 a pisze to bo są MS w piłce nożnej i wielbiciele piłki nożnej mogą być rozczarowani , jednym słowem dramat , i ten obiekt ma średnią 8,0 szok !!!

Единственный плюс отеля — удобное расположение рядом с ДП Документ . Также хотелось бы поблагодарить сотрудника ресепшен, который пошёл навстречу и без доплаты заменил нам номер после первой ночи проживания.

Cons:

Мы бронировали два номера для троих взрослых, и стоимость проживания оказалась достаточно высокой для отеля категории 2*. К сожалению, качество проживания не соответствовало цене. Изначально нас заселили в номер на первом этаже с необычным видом прямо на хоккейную арену. В номере было сыро, холодно и неуютно. После первого обращения на ресепшен нам сообщили, что свободных номеров для замены нет. Однако уже на следующий день другой сотрудник без проблем организовал переселение, что вызывает вопросы к работе персонала.
Кроме того, полотенца выглядели старыми, застиранными и имели сероватый цвет, что создавало ощущение недостаточной чистоты. Общее состояние номера и уровень комфорта оставили негативное впечатление.

Pros:

The hotel was very close to the university where we were attending a conference. Rooms were adequate and the breakfast was very good also.

Cons:

I did not have hot water, neither early morning nor in the evening. We were only provided with one bath towel (no hand towel) and room was not cleaned the first night. We complained and the next day they cleared it. Shower holder was also broken .I expected better.
