The location was great, super close to downtown, super close to the airport, super close to the freeway, lots of food places and a couple grocery stores and gas stations nearby. I love that there was a fridge and microwave and dishes and dishwasher, we were staying for 8 days so we purposely chose a place where we could make our own food and not have to eat out the entire time and that was nice.
The room was really nice, and it was big. I loved that there was a nice big bed as well as the couch and desk, and plenty of drawers and things to put stuff in.
I also liked that there was plenty of parking and the parking was free.
My biggest issues is out of the 8 days we stayed there, housekeeping only came to clean our room 1 day. There was a sign in the room that said they only clean every other day, and that’s fine, but they definitely could have come a couple other days. So we got there Wednesday, they cleaned Friday. Then Saturday and Sunday we slept in and didn’t leave the room until noon and it didn’t get cleaned (we didn’t get back until about midnight both days). Monday we ended up not leaving at all. So Tuesday it desperately needed to be cleaned so we made sure we were out of the room from 8am until 1pm, but when we came back the room still wasn’t clean. Housekeeping came at 2pm that day to clean but we were already back because we assumed the cleaning was done before noon cause Saturday and Sunday when we left at noon it didn’t get cleaned those days. And then Wednesday was the same situation, we left in the morning and got back by 2pm and it wasn’t cleaned. So they need to make sure they have a consistent cleaning schedule. If they’re going to clean in the morning, clean in the morning. If they’re going to clean at 2pm, clean at 2pm. But at least be consistent so we know when to be gone so we can get the room cleaned. And then we took a late flight there and an early flight out so we got to the hotel at about 11:45pm to check in and we checked out at around 5:30am. Both times there was no one at the desk and we had to wait. It was the same employee both times. I get that those are weird times but it still is frustrating having to wait to check in/out when you don’t know where the employee is.
The pillows were super flat and I wasn’t a big fan of that.
And then my last complaint is there were not a lot of options of things to eat for the complimentary breakfast, and I have a gluten intolerance, so especially for me, almost everything had gluten (toast, waffles, muffins, English muffins, etc.).

The man from the first night was very kind.
Booked my room to someone else and called me even though I had been there 1 night already and asked me to change my room for that guest I was already gone and told them no. They weren’t happy. Trash was left from previous stay under sink. Sheets were dirty with crumbs.

The rooms were plenty big and clean
The complementary breakfast left a lot to be desired And an awful lot of road noise could be heard at night making it hard to sleep. And the mattress was a bit on the hard side
Breakfast was great
Everything was clean. Front desk was friendly and personable.
Our heater made a loud, high pitched nose all night.
So’ Badddddddd, The staff is bad and they don't know how to accommodate the guests. They don't clean the rooms, they leave the bed unfixed properly, they don't respond if something happens to your car in the parking lot.
The staff was friendly and the location was very clean.
I would have given them a higher score but the breakfast left a lot to be desired. The breads were stale and hard. The coffee weak and lukewarm. The OJ must have needed stirring because it came out like orange water. If aren’t eating breakfast this was a great place to stay.
