Cons:

Categories

Cleanliness
3.5
Multiple reviews report serious cleanliness problems: roaches, mildew in showers, broken/empty toiletries, missing ceiling tiles, smoke smell, dirty/broken tiles and carpet damage—overall poor cleanliness.
Service
10
Service is consistently praised across reviews: front desk staff (notably 'Mickey') described as extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful, often cited as the highlight of stays.
Location
6
Mixed mentions: some guests appreciate a convenient location (minutes from Bricktown), while others call it out-of-the-way or next to a truck stop and note the neighborhood is not ideal.
Room Quality
5
Room quality is mixed to negative: some rooms were spacious and comfortable, but many reports of uncomfortable beds, burn holes, stains, damaged furniture, TV problems, odors and infestations indicate uneven room condition.
Amenities
8
Amenities had positives (pool enjoyed by families, basic breakfast available) but also issues (elevator problems being addressed, limited ice machines, no vending machines, occasional cold pool).
Value for Money
9
Several guests note the hotel is affordable and good value for the price, with some surprised that staff and basic comfort delivered reasonable value despite other problems.
Food and Beverage
6.5
Breakfast is available and acceptable to some, but multiple complaints about limited variety, items running out early, cold food and inconsistent service lower this score.
Overall Experience
8
Overall experience is mixed: exceptional staff often salvage stays and some guests would return, but serious cleanliness and occasional room/infrastructure issues (bugs, odors, damage) negatively impact others.

Overall it was a great visit.
Pros:

Price was great and staff was friendly and helpful!

Cons:

Pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable , also we couldn’t get extra towels until we turned in our dirty towels which was inconvenient but I sorta understand just a little frustrating!

Pros:

Friendly staff good air conditioning , good breakfast

Cons:

Had to put up another $200 deposit once checked in, my understanding booking.com held a $250 deposit and sent a email to me no other payment needed for check in. Had to be switched to another room after getting unpacked due to refrigerator not working and tv had issues in the 1st room we checked in to. 2nd room that we was given 1 of the bed sheets had fresh writing on it from a pen, led me to believe that the sheets had not been changed

Need a little TLC outside
Pros:

I liked that they had a pool, that the rooms were clean, and that they offer breakfast.

Cons:

I didn't like that the remote was missing the back on it and did not work when we arrived. The parking lot had trash in it as well.

Pros:

Leaving

Cons:

Everything. The front desk (GM) was super rude, unfriendly, condescending and belittling. And when it was time to check out he was not at the front desk but wanted us to stand around for 10 minutes to wait on him. But our Uber ride was there and we couldn't do that.

If you like sleeping with one eye open, or school lunches, or showering with bugs, this is the spot!
Pros:

The coffee was okay. The breakfast was like a school lunch cafeteria and the lunch ladies have been told to conserve as much food as they can to keep costs down. There was no juice whatsoever. It was very much like an underfunded soup kitchen. I liked that it was directly across the street from the Greyhound Bus Station.

Cons:

Aside from the abysmal cafeteria situation, there were obvious maintenance and cleanliness issues. The carpets were old and frayed and missing in some places. The metal framing around the bathroom door was rusted. There was mold growing in my bathtub. I ended up cutting my stay short because a roach in my shower. I also had to jump through 1,000 hoops in order to get a refund for my unused nights.
