Pros:

The people that were in the breakfast room were very nice and the breakfast wasn't bad.

Rooms and hallway had a very bad oder. No body wash in shower carpet was not vacuumed cause there was grass or something in floor.charger by the bed a good idea if it worked.

Poor location - did not feel safe/ and rooms Ireserved were not available
Cons:

I reserved 2 room/ two queens and a king room two months ago. When I arrived at the property, I was told that they actually didn’t have any queen rooms- “their system cliched” and it was allowing people to reserve queen rooms when they didn’t have any. I had a party of 6- I had to have a room with queens. Left the property and had to go find another hotel

Not worth it
Cons:

Room was dirty when arrived. Stated we got an upgrade. To what things were broken, lamp shades missing. Holes in the curtian, holes in the flooring, mold in the bathroom. Bed was so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep then when I would try light would shine through the curtain with holes.

They do not know how to clean rooms
Cons:

Upon arrival was put into a dirt room that was not cleaned I had to go from a suite to a regular room and not reimbursed for it

Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Lots of options. Needed to nuke the gravy, however. Used pool. Very clean and orderly

Cons:

Vending machines pictured as an amenity had nothing in them. Ice machines not working on our floor, the 3rd.
