Price was great and staff was friendly and helpful!
Pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable , also we couldn’t get extra towels until we turned in our dirty towels which was inconvenient but I sorta understand just a little frustrating!
Everything
Nothing
The gm was pretty good
The over night from desk worker was not good and housekeeping wasn't good
Friendly staff good air conditioning , good breakfast
Had to put up another $200 deposit once checked in, my understanding booking.com held a $250 deposit and sent a email to me no other payment needed for check in. Had to be switched to another room after getting unpacked due to refrigerator not working and tv had issues in the 1st room we checked in to. 2nd room that we was given 1 of the bed sheets had fresh writing on it from a pen, led me to believe that the sheets had not been changed
I liked that they had a pool, that the rooms were clean, and that they offer breakfast.
I didn't like that the remote was missing the back on it and did not work when we arrived. The parking lot had trash in it as well.
Leaving
Everything. The front desk (GM) was super rude, unfriendly, condescending and belittling. And when it was time to check out he was not at the front desk but wanted us to stand around for 10 minutes to wait on him. But our Uber ride was there and we couldn't do that.
The coffee was okay. The breakfast was like a school lunch cafeteria and the lunch ladies have been told to conserve as much food as they can to keep costs down. There was no juice whatsoever. It was very much like an underfunded soup kitchen. I liked that it was directly across the street from the Greyhound Bus Station.
Aside from the abysmal cafeteria situation, there were obvious maintenance and cleanliness issues. The carpets were old and frayed and missing in some places. The metal framing around the bathroom door was rusted. There was mold growing in my bathtub. I ended up cutting my stay short because a roach in my shower. I also had to jump through 1,000 hoops in order to get a refund for my unused nights.
I liked the rooms and all the amenities.
Next door neighbors stayed up hooping and hollering and laughing all hours of the night.
Clean and friendly staff
Location
We had problem with the TV for over an hour and the phone was from another room.
Easy to get to and a good breakfast.
