Staff was good.

Good hotel and friendly staff, but in order to go anywhere, it will need to change to 2 subway trains, so not super convenient. Nearby restaurants are quite okay. Just feel like it’s not worth the nightly price of $350+.

Plus: very close to the TCAT which you can reserve bus to transport from hotel to airport easily.

Room is spacious for family, beds are comfortable. We chose for its location near to Tcat to get to narita airport. Amenities need to be requested at the counter so for me it would be nice if it’s provided instead of asking for it. There’s only one elevator and they use the same elevator to do room cleaning in the noon and we had to wait quite a while for the elevator to arrive. The skies get bright very early in Japan as early as 5am and due to the window design there is no blackout curtain and just a sheer white paper blind

We absolutely loved our stay at the Mimaru in Nihombashi. Super clean, spacious, cozy and quiet rooms. We’re a family of four with two kids aged 12 & 14, the kids especially loved the hotel and our room. Very quiet area of Tokyo (much needed after a day out!) but very convenient to all the sites and to the Airport bus stop which is just a block away. Close to 7/11 which was a major highlight for our kids! The staff were so welcoming and friendly and we even received a hand written thank you on departure. There’s a laundromat onsite with washers and dryers. We will definitely stay here again, loved it.

We loved that this accommodation was right in the middle of Tokyo, yet still so easy to get anywhere with little hassle. It had some great food places nearby and a cage to throw a ball for our kids just down the street. The room was great for our requirements and spacious compared to most types of accommodation for families. Bathroom wasn’t big but still met our requirements. The room was cleaned on a regular basis and we were informed of the cleaning scedule in advance. The front desk staff were friendly everytime we had any interaction with them. They were also extremely helpful when we had questions and gave us recommendations when required. They were also only downside was the beds were a little too hard for our liking but not unbearable. Overall a very good stay and would recommend.

Great location. Rooms were spacious enough for us and were very clean and presentable. Showeroom and toilet were very clean. The atmosphere of the hotel was great and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

This place was perfect for our family - a great location near the Tokyo T-CAT, which was fantastic for transport to and from the airport, as well as being close (walking distance) to the main train station, Imperial Palace and the Ginza area and right on two key subway lines (one which goes to Shibuya crossing one way and the Skytree the other). It was also a great size for our family, with enough space for two relaxed dinners at 'home' during our stay. The hotel washing machines are also good value for money and the staff are great. Despite being next to a big motorway, sound cancellation was also excellent. It also had loads of options for eating out and take away, which was amazing.

Room is very big and clean, staffs are freindly, a lot of cooking utensils ready to be used.

Comfy beds, clean and spacious room. Quiet neighbourhood but very close to T-CAT. Helpful staff with very good English.

Xtremely helpful and kind staff. Easy access to Haneda airport, Disney Park and metro station. Very clean. Washing machine and dryer avaiable in the hotel. The „farewell postacrd” confirms attention to detail. It was real pleasure.
