MIMARU Tokyo Nihombashi Suitengumae

Our stay at Mimaru Suitengumae was fun and comfortable! The room was spacious and clean, like a little home in Tokyo. Friendly staff and well-designed spaces made it a cozy base for exploring Tokyo—I'd stay again! I wish breakfast options were available at the hotel.

I booked this hotel because it has a spacious room, the set up meets my requirements. The location is also very central, only a few minutes walk will get me to T-CAT for airport limousine bus near by between Henada and Narita Airports.

We had an amazing stay at MIMARU TOKYO NIHONBASHI SUITENGUMAE. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the station, and the room was spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean.

We also used the laundry facilities, which were very well organised and convenient. The staff were extremely helpful, polite and welcoming throughout our stay.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo and would absolutely love to come back again!

We highly recommend staying at Mimaru hotel, particularly this location. It was close to subway station and many places to eat, all within walking distance. The apartment was a cozy stay for our family of 5. The best part of Mimaru is its kind, accomodating, and polite staff. Our luggage was missing upon arrival from the transport company, and the staff got right on it to help us locate it. They even helped arranged the luggage transport to our Airbnb to another city. This service was beyond our expectations and very rare to have. Thank you Mimaru staff!

I had an excellent experience with MIMARU Tokyo Nihombashi Suitengumae, even before my stay began.
Unfortunately, my original Cathay Pacific flight from Hong Kong was cancelled due to Typhoon Noul, and I had to change my travel dates. The hotel responded to my enquiries very quickly and handled my reservation amendment with great efficiency and professionalism.
I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to Dong and Hana from the Front Desk team. They were both incredibly kind, patient and thoughtful throughout the entire process. They carefully explained every available option, guided me through the amendment procedure, and showed genuine understanding of the unexpected situation caused by the typhoon. Their prompt replies and warm attitude gave me great peace of mind during a very stressful time.
The hotel's location is also excellent. It is just a short walk from T-CAT (Tokyo City Air Terminal), where you can conveniently take the Airport Limousine Bus directly to and from the airport. This is especially helpful for travellers with luggage or early and late flights. The nearby subway stations also make it very easy to explore different parts of Tokyo.
Although my trip was unexpectedly affected by the typhoon, the outstanding support and hospitality provided by the MIMARU team made the whole experience much smoother.
Thank you once again to Dong, Hana and the entire Front Desk team. I truly appreciate your kindness and professionalism, and I look forward to staying at MIMARU Tokyo Nihombashi Suitengumae again on my next visit to Tokyo.

Excellent location, clean and easy apartment for family of 5. Room spacious. Laundry machines are great and they also offer laundry delivery advice. Close to terminal bus station. Will stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Minmaru! The rooms are perfect for families. It has everything you need, it’s clean, and if you need something else that’s not in the room, you can always ask the front desk. They’re always helpful. Our flight was delayed and we arrived past midnight. Although there was no front desk at past midnight, someone checked us in without problems. We also needed help in transporting our luggage to Osaka and they were very helpful. The location of Mimaru Nihombashi is a quiet neighborhood and we liked that. Convenience stores and places to eat are nearby.

Again, we want to thank the front desk of Mimaru. They were always helpful, friendly, accommodating and kind. We appreciate it so much! We will definitely choose this accommodation again when we come back to Tokyo.

This is our third stay at MIMARU. The room is fully equipped with household amenities (microwave, refrigerator, infrared stove, range hood, pots, pans, and utensils), making it truly a "home away from home" for travelers. We are very grateful to MIMARU for providing such wonderful accommodation. A small suggestion: if the in-room TV could also be used as an external large screen (with an additional HDMI or Type-C USB port), it would definitely allow guests to have a more complete and unique travel experience. ^^ Looking forward to my next stay!
