Pros:

de kamer op zich was zeker goed. De koelkast maakte wel lawaai en kon niet uitgeschakeld worden.
Het ontbijt was lekker maar de koffie was brak. Je kon wel lekkere koffie krijgen van de automaat aan 2.5Euro

Cons:

netheid in de hangen en traphal, was duidelijk lang geleden dat deze eens gekuist ware

Städtetrip nach Aachen mit angenehmer Übernschtung nahe dem Stadtzentum

Top Lage.
Parkplatz im Hinterhof, weg von der öffentlichen Straße

Cons:

Das Zimmer im Nebenhaus ist nicht so schön wie das Haupthaus. Ein Rolladen ging nicht hoch und eine Tasse stand unterspült im Schrank. So etwas lässt sich vermeiden!

Parking sur place. Personnel d'entretien sur place à notre arrivée très sympathique, son aide a été précieuse, nous avons réussi à nous comprendre.

Cons:

Salle de bain très petite mais fonctionnelle. Pas de clim, rue bruyante impossible de dormir fenêtres ouvertes. Pas de drap housse dans le lit, nous avons dormi sur le protège matelas. Salle de petits déjeuners désuète et sombre. Nous n'avons pas pu choisir notre table, la personne responsable préférant nous préparer une table déjà utilisée. Entrée d'immeuble sale et vétuste, peu engageante.

La situation a 10 mn a pied du centre ville , la possibilité de réserver une place de parking (j ai toutefois eu l impression qu il était possible de se garer gratuitement dans le quartier et qu il y avait des places libres, mais à verifier) accueil courtois. Petite déjeuner complet et varié.

Cons:

Nous avions pris la chambre triple sous sol. A eviter s il fait chaud. Aération par fenetre sous un soupirail sur la rue. Préférer les chambres sur l arrière.

Het ontbijt was heerlijk en de bedden laggen super.

Cons:

Geen eigen grote parking, maar gelukkig was er op wandel afstand een openbare parking voor 5 euro per dag.

We had one night, and will definitely come back, if we go to Aachen again.
Pros:

There is everything you need, for a short stay in Aachen.
Easy self check in when you arrive late, nice room with a good bed, a very nice bathroom, and even cooker and tea/coffee.
The breakfast is very good, and the service fantastic.
Our best recommendation.

Ruime kamer, kelder.mooie glas in lood ramen. Aardige eigenaren

Cons:

Frisse lucht lastig in de kelderkamer, want dan lawaai van buiten. Bad was schoon, maar oogt iets verouderd

Großes, sauberes Zimmer. Verkehrsgünstig zur Innenstadt gelegen. Günstiger Parkplatz nur 5 min weg. Gute Kommunikation mit Vermieter.

Cons:

Relativ laut (Verkehr draussen, brummender Kühlschrank und Kommen und Gehen von Gästen innen).

Ein gutes Hotel für einen Städtetrip, wenn Unternehmungen im Vordergrund stehen.
Pros:

Das Zimmer im Nebenhaus war deutlich ruhiger als ein vorher bezogenes Zimmer zur Passstr. im Haupthaus.
Das Frühstück bot viel frisches Gemüse und guten Kaffee! Ein kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz war direkt vor der Wohnungstür. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Familienzimmer (3 Schlafplätze) hatte eine Kochnische und vermutlich ausreichende Küchenutensilien (die wir nicht genutzt haben).
Und das Hotel ist fußläufig zur sehr schönen Carolus-Therme (die ihrerseits leider recht teuer ist :(

Cons:

Das Zimmer im Nebenhaus war etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
